Whole country move fast and work properly when judicial system is fast and effective. But unfortunately in India courts are playing minimum role in country building. Courts should be made to work fast and effective.
In my opinion, there must be an exam to become MLAs/MPs.because they lead our nation and the future of our nation very much depends on the leaders who come in the politics and run our country.
True 1 ias visit my company yes my company have made small mistake in scraps area handle but abuse top officer of our company with gali galocg gali chap like
IAS and IPS are more responsible than politicians. Hats off to D Subba rao ji. Farmer suicide, Good Education, health & hygiene these basic concern still exists in our country. IAS has literally done nothing other than preserving their job close to their heart and enjoying the power, which they got after struggle of being from poor family and clearing a very tough UPSC exam. They don't strive for promotions or good performance reviews they are just happy they have a salaried job. I'm glad I dropped my plan to attempt upsc 2 years back, it's utterly a B.S..
Main problem is of transfer and posting. Suppose an ias and ips suddenly trying to change working culture of nalanda in bihar got immediately transferred to kaimur Or bhabua Or west champaran. After going there there might be threat of his Or her life . There relative are also bound to live under threat. So what people suggest is to not do anything except what has ordered. If government is really keen on addressing this issue then it must allocate a certain time frame for which an ias and ips be work in a district after that he or she must be transferred to another district. It is not that somebody has spent 10 or 20 years in a district and someone got transferred twice within a month. Politicians are using punishment posting as a tool to tame ias and ips.
Politicians and bureaucrats comes from us only, i think value centric education should be implemented at an early age also system should be improved and changed gradually with changing time and situations...
Selection is also a problem, I don't think they're specifically looking for radical thinker or innovator. They are looking for intelligent people who can fit into the system and follow the political will to the last word. If we really need system to change, selectors should be looking to people like T. N. Seshan.

They are Jack of all trades but master of none. Are they good decision makers, have innovative ideas, make risk taking decisions, neutrality in approach, have to be looked into.
A municipal member or a local party leader like Mandal Secretary also are giving order to an IAS.... This whole system can be change by giving instruction power to one ministry only. It should be home ministry. So for every decision of every IAS home minister will be responsible. No other person can give order to an IAS. Even CM also not. Only home minister should responsible for IAS's actions. With a proper transparent structure under home ministry including incentives & penalties for actions by IAS, this system will change.

Why do we use prefix LORD VICEROY SIR before names of those cruel Britishers . Why can't we use INTRUDER Curzon , INTRUDER Cornwallis , intruder CANNING , intruder dyre etc etc , why can't our books be amended to add prefix for person like Rana sangha , Rana kumbha , Kuwer singh , savarkar etc Why ?
everybody can be a politician easily...that should be changed.... politicians should also have a qualified moral examination...a code of conduct certificate based on strong background (higher education) or significant work in society on consistent basis.
It is very simple. Till the time robust education structure,proper literacy, transparency and digital tools are not fully adopted this structure will not change. Politicians are bound to take care of their party workers who somehow get indulged into crime or loot and the buerocracy is then Bound to help them coz they will otherwise live in a simple office . IAS monopoly should end. More AIS should be created. Also Half post should be filled by promotion of state exp officers from all fields. They will come on line and behave as public servant. 3 years swap between private- public org should be promoted to bring good corporate culture in govt officers. 🙏

There is a problem in the recruitment process I would like to introduce here that aspirant whose are not connected with surface level mostly English medium guy. these privileged guy don't know what are the exact problem of the common people how they are performing their everyday life so urban student cannot think about the common people problems My my this aspects is true for in most cases.. I know it may be feel some negative but it is literally true....
Root problem is the profiteering mentality of most citizens who in turn go to any lenghts for it when in power. Everyone that becomes a part of the system gets normalized towards it either of their own accord or after being strongarmed.
dear sir, what makes a man good and another bad?.... it is their education!.... when our people will get good education they will know what is right and they will never choose a criminal over a rightous soul as their leader.... i think the answer to clean politics is very simple, but i dont see that realizing any time soon.
