Jaisankar is an experienced diplomat, he was a high ranked official and 3rd generation diplomat of their family. He speaks multiple languages and educated in international schools and in JNU. Billabal is no match to him. He is smart, at times straight forward and blunt and mature too due to his experience and intelligence.
