I think you are right that you should be happy with the quality of your reading, as that is so much more important than the quantity (at least in my opinion) :) You brought Meg Wolitzer back to my radar, I also want to check out the interestings, after having read (and enjoyed) the female persuasion. Have you read that one or are you interested in reading it? x
I thought I would disagree with your review of bunny but I didn't I felt like the campy vibes and heavy handedness felt kinda intentional like don't be too serious. I kinda saw the twist coming but very much didn't as soon as I should
Have you read the Murder Most Unladylike series by Robin Stevens? It's a middlegrade murder mystery series set in 1930s, some set in an English girls boarding school but also in an English country manor, in Cambridge, on the Orient Express, in Hong Kong....the characters grow and develop and it's just brilliant!

For some reason i had the opposite opinions on 2 of the books. I really enjoyed bunny, and felt meh about sleepwalking 😩
I wanted to love Bunny so much (studying English at an elite university? sign me up!) and then it went completely off the rails.
