St John Units are all over the United Kingdom, to find your closest unit, contact the Regional Office for your area. See more here: www.sja.org.uk/sja/young-people/get-involved.aspx Hope this helps!
To drive with St John Ambulance (Ambulances etc.), you have to have been driving for a minimum of 2 years. Within those two years, you are NOT allowed to have any points on your licence. Once you are trained to drive for St John Ambulance, you can then undergo Emergency Transport training which means you can drive an ambulance. You will also need blue lights training so you can use them and the siren. Hope this helps!

Do you know how long it takes before you are able to go to events and provide first aid?
Emma Williams, It depends on when you get to do the course. You need to ask your Youth Leader/Unit Manager about this.
