Ultimately it comes down to your situation and goals for the car. Some people only care about hp, some about looks (but everyone is biased on what looks good), some care about mpg, etc. Those are all great choices!
Is the light output less brighter than before the tint?

Most countries don’t allow red or blue because that’s the colors law enforcement use. At least for the U.S

I would say it doesn't matter, the color might look slightly different though
