The Nantahala Cascades is full on fun. It has extremely continuous rapids, all of which drops gradient through some serious mank. Overall I had a great first time here! I will admit I was pretty intimidated, and think I would have felt a lot calmer in my creek boat than my half slice, but that just meant I had to focus harder and push myself! Looking forward to the next time I can get out here!
