The “free” food is called aperitivo, when you sit at a bar, at particular times, and order a drink they will bring you some food to snack on. Italians don’t usually drink without eating too; Brits are more likely to just go out to drink only.

@@vad3ryt828 aperitivo is an italian staple, a tradition. Now people are complaining that you cannot go the the "navigli" here in Milan to drink an aperitivo, because of covid

I don’t see my parents and make close contact, also live alone, don’t walk near old people. There are barely any deaths anymore, only high cases bc there is so much testing nowadays. I can’t just put my life on hold bc there’s a virus about which kills something like 0.01 people who catch it

I grew up going to Riccione every summer as it’s where my Italian family live and go to San Marino every year unfortunately I missed my first year going back because of COVID but it was so lovely seeing you there and enjoying your time made me feel like I was there with you!

It actually looked like a wonderful trip. The hotel room for one night seemed nice. How many people actually stay in their room when there is so much to see. I did find it interesting how many pizza's that you both had. That looked good. I think it was a great and fun video to watch. Keep up the great work.

The closes airport for San Marino is Bologna and actually has very cheap links to London thanks to Ryanair (like £10). There's also a very small airport in Rimini but that doesn't count, it basically has no flights. So if you want to have a shorter trip to San Marino maybe next time land in Bologna instead😅

It was a nice video - who knew anything about San Marino? ;) About the pasta - this was actually a proper size - after all, it’s a first dish in Italy / SM, so it should be small so that you can still squeeze in a second dish and a dessert :)
