  • Taken from Hot Country Nights, a country music variety show that aired on NBC for 12 episodes. This aired locally on WNYT (channel 13) in Albany, NY. The show was intended to be a modernized version of Hee Haw and was produced by Dick Clark.
Sunday's on NBC that season were a dead end. None of the new shows received a season 2, all facing competition from America's Funniest Home Videos on ABC, Fox's Sunday comedy shows and the powerhouse line-up of 60 Minutes and Murder She Wrote on CBS.
    (C) 1992 Viacom, now part of Paramount Global; WNYT is now owned by Hubbard Broadcasting. All rights go to their respective owners, same for the advertisements. For educational and historical purposes only. We do not profit off this video.
