    Hello Joshua, thanks for sharing your design! I may be wrong, but I believe the reason you had to switch your positive and negative wires is because your plug-in to the RV is a Zamp plug...they reverse their wiring to compel folks to purchase their products and avoid the confusion/hassle. There's an adapter you can purchase to accomplish the same thing but your solution seems to work great too!

    Hi Joshua, nice design. Nice and light. Did you make the swiveling attachments or were they purchased? Is that one inch tube?
    I was also curious about the roof top flex install and how the panels are standing up. Are you finding that the panels/cells are cupping or sagging between the supports? and if so, has this affected performance. Do the panels flap/vibrate/flutter in the wind while you are driving at highway speed? Have you noticed any degradation or micro cracks due to the fluttering. i like your install method and hope that I can replicate on my trailer if the panels appear to hold up well for you.
