Those who don't want to work hard, cry for reservations. And being a litigation lawyer is a really tough job. 12-14 hours of work is must. Otherwise you'll perish, because it is very competitive. Men are working hard, women are given the same opportunities, they should do the same. This begging is not going to take women anywhere.

There should be list of all advocates in every Court from which cases be allotted according to their seniority just like list of Oath Commissioners or list of General Commissioners or list of General Survey.Cases should be allotted by serial .Their work should be valued on the basis of their work.

Of late the lady Advocates of Allahabad High Court do narrate their facing problems,discrimination and unfairly usual livelihood issues concerned to their practice in Judicial system.However,they should be listened and their grievances should be taken in to account by the High Court and the Bar Association.As per their outburst ladies Advocates express their dismal representations in Both Bar and Bench drawing the untoward attention of the State concerned.So far from away to get fulfilled their proper and logical demands the state,BAR and the Bench should be attentive to their respective status as Advocates in the Allahabad High Court.I appreciate their voices raised and support them though they come so late for that....

There is no such Law or Rule which prevents these women from pracitising the Law and being the Top Lawyer in High Court of Supreme Court.
A Lawyer proves his/her mettel by the power of his/her arguments and the ability to present the evidence in a precise and concise way without being verbose.Now if you have the ability then you can be that whether you are a Man,Women or Transgender it does not matter, BUT BUT BUT these women want a reservation in Court of Justice as well.WHY..?
If they get Reservation and become a chair-holder of an important and irreplaceble position then What will happen to the Court proceedings when they are on a Maternity Leave or such medical leaves,Should the Petitioner wait till she comes from her Vacation/Holiday...?
Should the Court Proceedings be stopped because madam is not availble due to her Maternity Leave..?
Now there is also Menstrual Leave,in Spain this has been made possible,So my quesition is
If the Madam is absent due to her Menstrual Leave then the court proceedings will be stalled or delayed or slowed down due her being on Menstrual Leave. And what should we say to the Petitioner that your bail is postponed due to one of the judges is on menstrual Leave....?
