MALDIVES Anantara Veli Overwater Bungalow Room Tour
Matt & I got an overwater Bungalow during our stay at Anantara Veli Maldives for our honeymoon this year. We really wanted the Maldivian experience, and thought there was no other way to experience it other than an overwater bungalow. I remember when I was looking to see what our travel Agent chose, I wanted to have a look at the room before I said 'yes' but unfortunately there weren't any clips of it. So here is a little room tour for those who are staying at the Maldives and need suggestions. I really LOVED staying here, and would recommend it to anyone!

Thanks for sharing great video, just a question How deep the water was, Is it ok to walk around if someone doesn't know swimming very well ?

Thanks for watching! The water is about waist deep. The further out you go the deeper it gets, but you can definitely walk around the bungalow.

Thanks SHK! The resort was amazing! Great service and had plenty of activities. From memory there are 7 restaurants you can choose from to eat so plenty of variety.

I'll get back to you on the price because I don't remember exactly as it's been over a year since we booked it. Try www.hotelflighterbooker.com and check up prices there in the mean time. i'll definitely get back to you on the average price that we paid per night :)
There are many options (i think around 9 restaurants from memory) plus 'dinner by design' explained on my blog, just scroll down as soon as you hit "Places to eat" www.kerstinsherie.com/travelbug/maldives-activities-at-anantara-veli-dhigu/ OR you can also order room service to the bungalow if you don't want to leave the room.

ohh how beautiful, it's going to be amazing!! i'm not too sure which one we got, our description just said overwater bungalow. If i come across more information, I'll let you know.
