Beautiful look today! I have insomnia and apnea as well. If I don't wear my CPAP my insomnia is worse. I didn't like the full face mask so now I use the nose piece. I think it's called nose pillows. With the nose piece I can easily drink my water at night. I drink water all night and the full face piece made that a chore
I’ve tried the nose mask as well I can’t wear that either and the noise of the machine it’s just so intrusive it just doesn’t work for me even my own sleep doctor said it doesn’t work for everyone so he wasn’t surprised when I handed the machine back . My mum is the same she has been given a cpap machine and it doesn’t work for her either
@@MakeupTutorialsWithAndie there is a surgery procedure for apnea that makes it where you don't need a CPAP anymore. I wanted to talk to my doctor about it but you have to have the CPAP for a year before they will even talk to you
@FearlessBeautywithAngie I had my CPAP machine for a lot longer than that . I’ve never been offered a procedure and I don’t really feel like I would want one
