Players of Caesar 3 are immersed in a city set in the age of the ancient Roman Empire. Players place buildings on previously empty terrain and construct a city. These buildings come to life, and the city begins to evolve. As the city grows, it encounters various problems that must be overcome.

I love watching playthroughs like these. I can't believe it'd never occurred to me that you don't actually need to make road connections between your residential and industrial city-bits, and also that you don't actually need all five temple types within walking distance of your houses. Just one temple. The other four can be in the middle of nowhere.

Nice episode. Can you build all those special buildings like Coloseum, Grand Temples, Hiprodromes or whatever Augustus brought new? Please so we can see how much they look and how much beutiful the city will look. In the future?
Sure! If the mission allows and matierals can be acquired. I should have done it in this Mission.
When I told you need one road between granaries I meant in one line one after one. Here you got road in the middle so you could place granary next to granary. Im not sure you understand me now... You need one road to CONNECT granary "to city". 😊
Hum not quite. But the roads worked.
@@7Wolf77 you need one road to granary to take employment. Only one road, so if you have road in the middle you dont need road between every granary. If there was no middle road, you need road between granaries if there was more than 2 in line. 🥺🥺🥺

@@7Wolf77 "Reconquered" is a rework of the original campaign made for Augustus. Essentially, it's a whole new campaign.

Both a great. This has different mechanics to an extent. Unrest and happiness are huge factors. Like a slum will constantly spawn crime regardless of prefect coverage. You have to focus more on making citizens happy. Trade seems easier.

on the world map you can actually see from which direction an invasion is roughly coming
The game tells me that the houses are almost close to the places that need workers and here in the video they are far away and do they work?
