I was scrolling UA-cam today checking out mostly Jujitsu vids and I saw three different videos from different channels that raved about the B-Team gym and whatnot but recommended no one go to the night classes, they said only go to the day classes. This isn't meant to get anyone in trouble... But as a fan of B-Team and the gym, I figured I'd pass that along. Maybe those people just went on a bad night... As a business owner I know how reviews like that can hurt a business so just passing along the info.

@@grimendancehall If you base on a flat surface (incline or decline) it's a lot safer than a "not flat" surface because there is less variability in distribution of your weight. It's not a huge difference but you can imagine how some big heavyweights would start dislocating shoulders/elbows pretty quickly from basing on awkward angles with all their weight.
