1 cup left over rice
3/4 cup sooji
1 tbsp besan
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup dahi
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
(Aloo Sabji)
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp rai
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
Little heeng for flavouring
1 tsp jeera
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
2-3 dried red chillies
8-10 curry leaves
1 onion sliced long
1 tsp finely chopped adrak
1/2 tsp haldi powder
3-4 boiled mashed potatoes
Salt
Add fresh coriander
