This man has inspired me to take advantage of everything from training as a goalkeeper. To keep trying because this shows that no ball is impossible to block. He is the real definition why I work so hard to be the best goalkeeper in my team. I wish I was able to meet him in person because this man named Peter has taught me something indirectly.
Michael Laudrup and Schmeichel are my favorites of all time, im from Denmark and they are my inspiration! I didn't live when they played, but by hearing what they did as players and clips from UA-cam, I am truly proud of being Danish!

A few weeks after the save (against Legia Warsaw) Experts put the two saves together to analyse them, both saves were so similar, but they decided that based upon the speed of the ball, and the slight differences in angle coupled with Schmeichels size..that his was the better save...I still remember watching that game...when he made that save..I think every little in my street suddenly wanted to be a goalkeeper
That save was against Legia Warsaw....gotta say...It is the greatest save that I have ever seen, It looks good on this vid, but when you see it from all the other angles it was just phenomenal
he was epic. i loved how he used to scream at the defence when they let a shot through on goal. They'd all look down at the ground like 'shit sorry mate.' : )

And mrsoftnessful good statement "Peter barely dived" open your eyes from first 7 seconds to 14 seconds. There were two brilliant saves where he dived for both of them. And not to mention I think 0:40 was one of the greatest saves in history!!
