Both incredible in their strenght, rushing fearlessly into battle as one-man-army, Whitebeard protecting his family and Yohrm protecting his kingdom, both sacrificing themselves to save their family/kingdom, that gets destroyed anyway. Only Yohrm never died in battle, but willingly sacrificed himself to connect a flame, and Whitebeard was not ressurected so he never knew what happened to his family after he was gone. Oh, and also the people Yohrm protected hated him. Trully, his story is more hearthbreaking than Whitebeard's.

That was confusing but I stand by my original saying that Luffy has to lose sometimes and Ace was one of them. He hadn't actually ever lost in the long run but to Aokiji and that was only because Luffy couldn't fight him. They used Aokiji to show how weak Luffy is, and Ace to show Luffy losing a fight for once.
Just for the last time, I loved this AMV thought it was great. I was just pointing out an error. That was the only wound in the entire war that obviously went through his back. Any other wound can be argued didn't touch his back. I loved the philosophy behind him not having one "coward's wound". that is very symbolic. BUT, they just should have not made Squard's sword go all the way through his back. Easy enough. And it wouldn't change the fact that Whitebeard was injured by Squard.
Also WB said that he wanted a family and he found it. Even though we don't know since when did he wish for this (Before or after Roger found OP or died), he did fulfill that ambition.
