      Area of the face of hollow cylinder=pi(x+dx)ka whole square-pi(x)ka whole square
      =pi (x square +dx square +2 x dx)-pi xsquare
      Here we neglect dx square because square of small quantity becomes too small
      Now
      Pi x square +pi (2 x dx)-pi x square
      Pi x square is cancell
      So,we have 2pi x dx
