What a beautiful tribute to your mum. She will always be with you. Sha has passed on the baton to you now and be assured you made her proud of her Son from wherever she is watching. May she Rest In Peace. Personally I'd keep all the things that connect you to her. I'd even write down stories like the one you shared the video in a book for you Son to have as a keepsake.
