I would say without a shadow of doubt, Malaysia is the best place to visit in Southeast Asia. Second would be Bali and third Phuket.
Wow, that will get thais and indonesians mad. Lol
I disagree.. I'm from Malaysia, but thailand n Indonesia is the best place to visit. However the best place to live n stay peacefully is Malaysia, because the "home family vibe" . Rather than extravagant heaven like nature, Malaysia is more towards calming relaxing nature environment without extreme natural disasters.
Hmmmm. That certain?! 😮
Ooow I can’t wait to check out Bali. People tell me it’s super busy there though. But hopefully we’re able to travel parts in Bali which are not so busy too. Coming up later this year 🏆 thanks for watching y’all
@@Chai_Travel I recommend ubud , not kuta, not canggu. A reminder to you.
I have always felt safer in Malaysia than I do in the UK. The culture, the people and the food is amazing. My long term plan is to move there.
waaaa the second guy said malaysia is the best country in the world ?! Phenomenal !
😁 Malaysia Boleh
If you are not a party animal, Malaysia is the best in South East Asia.
Sounds great for introverts like me 😊
Malaysia is really 'Truly Asia'🎉❤
Malaysian,Welcome The World's
Thank u I'm from Kuala Lumpur .what u say good.thank u
These are getting better and batter all the time. The broad range of questions, the enthusiasm with all the replies. So many positives. The Malaysian people must be thoroughly enjoying these series of interview videos. I know I am and the idea of visiting the country one day is definitely growing on me. My parents used to visit KL all the time to meet friends in transit and always raved about KL. I understand why. Cheers CHAMP!! 🍻🤩
Best interview so far
@@keangwooichoo6138 The range of questions, the ability to turn these interviews into flowing conversations and gain so much information. Chai does a great job.
Thanks so much guys! It’s so nice to be able to do this and I really enjoy talking to random people. Most people are so nice 🫶🏼 have a beautiful day 🏆
Poor those tourist who didn't have any chance go visit east Malaysia aka borneo island ( sarawak & sabah). What i can tell you, its totally amazing place and person. Different than peninsula Malaysia. Go check it if you don't believe me. Cool place.
yes, I remember a guy from Scotland didn't want to leave and stay in Sabah until now.
Wonderful. Thank you for this video. Lovely to see you with the foreign tourists in Malaysia. It's really nice to hear lots of positive good remarks about Malaysia from the foreigners.
I think this video has almost all good things about Malaysia if compared to the other 5 lovely videos in KL this time. Look forward to having you again in Malaysia soon.
Glad you enjoyed it! Have a beautiful day Yasin 🏆 I hope you’re having a great one 😊
@@Chai_Travel Thank you. Hope that you are having a great day too. 😀
Good day Chai, i never miss your videos, great as always. One thing i wanna add if next time u come to Malaysia and interview any foreigners, mention this to them, just be honors and don't be scare to give reviews, don't care it would be bad or good about Malaysia, we are responsible and understanding ppl. If it bad or not good enough we'll accept it and will improve, if it good, then it is an advantage. Keep up a good work bro cheers..
Nice! Thanks for tip. I’ll see what I can do :) have w beautiful evening/night 🏆
Malaysia is the best country in south east asia region.....no doubt
Noo i think singapure
Most Malaysians are friendly n most speak fairly good English...they re always respectful to their guests..🎉
3:56 Live and eat. What a free man right there!🎉
Haha live and eat 😆
Terimakasih, Thank you sir for sharing and bring back home with you some memories about Malaysia and KL especially. Comeback again soon. Have a save flight back to Thailand. Please do not forget us. Sorry if there are some unpleasant things happened to you during your stay here with us.
That's the plan! I’ll definitely be back at some stage 😁 hopefully I’m able to explore more of Malaysia although I seem to really like KL 😍 have a good day!
Their reviews really open up my mind. All of them are really well educated and intelligent.
Hope we can meet up the next time you visit Kuala Lumpur again, Chai. Thanks again for sharing your vlogs on Malaysia with the world. Have a safe trip back to Thailand, cheers Champ!😊
Next time! All safe and sound! I’ll be back for sure 😁 have a good night already
come and visit Sabah and Sarawak and meet our locals there . its totally diff vibes
I’d love to go one day ❤️
Thanks for the KL vlogs, very enjoyable, I'll be there mid September, so looking forward to it.
Awesome! I’m happy for you 😍 I’m sure you’ll love it 😃
The pair from Scotland is very nice.. please come again.
Thanks Chai for the nice content …❤ Malaysia will miss you much so please do come here again whenever you are free and do the interview session again… it’s interesting vlog 👍🏼😃😍
Totally agree! I really enjoy watching the videos where ever Chai happens to be in S E Asia with his similar lines of questioning to both the locals and visitors of that particular country. It is interesting comparing the different ways of life and peoples' attitudes throughout SE Asia. An awesome travel guide and certainly valuable information comes out of them for those that have never been to certain countries before and are considering doing so. There are not many content creators that do this line of work on UA-cam. I encourage everybody to follow his travels and not just that of their home country. Vietnam coming up will be interesting :)
Thanks you two 🫶🏼 I’ll definitely make my way to Malaysia at some stage. It’s so diverse and I see a lot of interesting people walking around who to interview 😊 until then; on to the next adventure🏆 cheers
Yes...best interview so far. I am from Malaysia 🇲🇾 thank you to all of you.
Thank you :) I’m very happy you enjoyed it
I stayed and study 1year in Scotland.Edinburgh.tyvm.
Nice 😎 I like the Scottish
It’s interesting that Mark from the UK (7:11) has been living in MY for about 25 years and he didn’t even mention anything about the islands in Sabah. I bet he’s one of those expats who ventured all through the peninsula but never been to East Malaysia. 😆
To be fair, people who never come here always thought Malaysia looks like Sabah and Sarawak and when they arrived, they shocked by how KL looks. But they didn’t actually go and explore the beauty from Sabah and Sarawak.
@@mmj1327you know why people have the visual of KL/Malaysia is different than they expect? It’s because of our tourism promo video. I remember seeing it out of Malaysia and mostly just featuring greens and tribal people at Sabah etc (old tourism video for many many years)
If we improve our service, cleanliness and kept the nature, I'll recommend Malaysia to anyone
Welcome to malaysia...
Keep your head low and have a safe travel. Take care buddy..
Thank you, I will 😊 have a good one too🏆
I could easily live there a year, simply for the food. And it doesn't hurt that there are so many beautiful women walking those streets and malls. Omg Malls in the US won't ever be the same.
Haha yes indeed 😜 to all of that! Thanks again mate and have a great day to you 🏆
Tq bro for promoting malaysia
It’s a pleasure
Almost 30k subs. Congrats man!
Yo yo! Thanks a lot! 😃 I’m very happy to wake up today with 30k and I’m happy you there from pretty much the beginning 🏆 have a great day mate. Cheers’
I have just subscribed to your channel. Very interesting🇲🇾
Awesome 😁 thanks for doing that! I’m outside of Malaysia but hopefully some of the videos will also be interesting for you. In any case I’ll definitely will be back 😃
Congratulations on 30K my friend ✔️👍 - Very well done 👋😃🙏
Thank you so much 🏆 I’m very happy about this 🫶🏼 thanks for all your support and tagging along this whole time 😃
Enjoying your videos, have a safe flight , bon voyage 😊 Can't wait for more content!
Thank you 🫶🏼 more content to come. Have a good day and night 😁
Obviously Daniel from Russia was lying about the taxi driver was a thief. This sends a false message to the world. First you can hear he said the taxi driver was a she and then later he said it was a he. Which one is true? If you left your bag in the taxi and the taxi driver drove away, it is not a crime. You don't need to know a police in order to make a police report but I know that the police will not accept this case as a crime and will tell Daniel to file a lost and found case somewhere else. Luckily, the tax driver was willing to return his bag. Assuming the taxi driver took his money from the bag and threw the bag away and they went to a court for a hearing, there is no way Daniel could prove that the taxi driver took his bag. The moral of this story is when you get off a taxi, don't forget to take away your bag. Also, not every interviewee would tell the truth. (From Singapore)
Thank you dear 🌹 🌹🌹🌹
Due to his limited English, some probably misunderstood what he really intended to convey. He actually got off the taxi forgotting his bag. The way he said made the taxi driver was the real culprit initially. He didnt seem surprised at all when the driver returned the bag. 😂😂
good job... hope the minister watch it
Safe journey back.....
Thank you 🫶🏼
The only negative I've noticed here is the lack of etiquette around opening doors for each other, and acknowledging when someone holds a door for you. Simple thanks goes a long way
Please come again to Malaysia. After KL, please do visit Penang. :)
Thanks! Penang is awesome :D
We are not as fun as Bangkok and Bali, but please enjoy as much in the land , where anything Can Lah
Thanks mate! I think it’s different fun :) have a great day 😃
Awesom Chai❤
Thank you ❤️ have a great evening 🏆

Love your videos Chai! Particularly the positive ones on Malaysia! My favourite country in SE Asia! BTW can you confirm what ‘Stay Champ’ means? Does it mean be good?
Thanks you :) it basically means: keep winning in life 💪 stay a champion because you are one 🏆
@@Chai_Travel Thanks Chai, it’s a great saying/tag line. Keep up the great work. Have you done a video in Singapore or East Malaysia yet? Stay champ!😀👍💪
I’ve not 😃 it high on the list 🥳

Thank you for watching 🫶🏼
Terima kasih
Its bloody hot there!
hope you have safely arrived in Bangkok,Chai
Thank you 😊 I actually flew directly to Chiang Mai 🫶🏼 cheers
@@Chai_Travel that's awesome, bro... enjoy!
There are so many things to like about Malaysia but there are a few major issues they need to fix (in order of priority).
1. Littering.
2. Drivers/Motocyclist not following traffic rules.
3. Touting. Especially at Bukit Bintang, outside Pavillion.
4. Machines out of order. Every time I'm there, there will always be something out of order. Ticketing machine, escalator, elevator etc.
5. Touch n Go cards out of stock. (WTH)?
Haha no 5 🤭
Haha so true.. I'm Malaysian... I wish for these too. As for #3 touting is usually done by foreigners (some illegal), local Malaysian don't do this, I also hope our authorities go strict on these but as you can see now, it's really a big problem to us...
6. Suka mengclaim budaya indonesia
To be fair i honestly think the russian guy just forgot his bag and the taxi guy just drove off
The bookshop concert gave me a good laugh
Haha :p
The russian should be grateful to the taxi driver who had return his bag . Its not theft but its totally his fault
save journey guys.. where are you now
Thank you :) we’re in Hanoi at the moment 🇻🇳
@@Chai_Travel keep safe and healthy😊
Thank you 🫶🏼
You too! 😁
Every American Should get their passport and travel around the world. They world will have less war.
Have you been to Sabah and Sarawak?
I’ve not been, yet! Love to go one day 😊
❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍
❤️❤️
That russian guy I guess he having hard time to converse in english. He just speak whatever cross in his mind 😂
He was nice enough to talk to me though:) good on the guy 😊
ya.. he try his best to make people understand 😅😅
❤
Thanks
All the tourist will pronounce 'Terima Kasih'(thank you) and Sama sama (you are welcome) in a very weird sound. Tips: The real pronounce just like local
Terima Kasih = Trimmer Car Seyh
Sama sama = Summer Summer
You will sound just like locals
Aw that’s a nice tip’ thanks ❤️
@@Chai_Travel sama sama 😊
Critisism is good. Insults however, are not.
That your careless bro. I won't check my backseat after someone leave my car until he/she call me to let me know.
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Interesting last words from the Russian guy.
Yeah, he escaped from Russia because he doesn’t support what’s going on at the moment.
There are many more there that do support it. Now, they may not want to go fight, which I get. Usually people from anywhere who have travel have a bit of money. More options. Russian society, just like Ukraine, is complicated. We like to think everybody thinks the same.... but no. 😊
Hahaha, about throwing a stone and hit someone? We have a saying here that if you go to London and you throw a stone, you could hit a Malaysian.😂😂😂 saying that many Malaysians like to visit London.
😂😂😂
Yaaa Yes U touch the right note. Immigration RAAAASSSUUUAAAHHH.
when the guy mentioned bts (the kpop band) and you said the train 😭😭😭
I believe Chai thought what that guy meant was TBS. In Malaysia we do actually have one stop bus terminal called TBS. 😂 TBS and BTS me too sometimes get confuse.
When he said 'BTS', he meant the KPop group... and you thought 'Bandar Tasik Selatan', isn't it?!?! 😅😅😅
😆 I think he was talking about the train but haha that could also be it 😜
noticed how the guy said most pleasant exp was meeting middle age women that bring him to BTS concert live event? at the same time keep mentioning its weird? (its just a concert, what makes it weird??) Typical men reaction tryna be cool saying its weird girl stuff even though he clearly enjoyed it :)
exactly lol, what is weird about fans gathering and enjoying the music together?
Lack of scenes been captured around the airport
Noted :) thanks for your feedback
5:04 Please vote down Putin for the peace of world
russians never make any fault or mistake . always blame others. putiness mentality.
although clearly he forgot his bag inside the cab
He did tell me he escaped from Russia because he doesn’t agree what is going on in Russia though :(
The BTS. The train? 😂 No, the k-pop group 😂 ok boomer 😂
Apa lah dia ckp
What's happenin?
THE. RUSSIAN MAN was lying about the taxi driver . . . .😃🤣 He's LIAR . . .
Maybe. I think he didn’t know better.
@Chai_Travel Thank you dear🌹🌹🌹
KL is overated. Come to the East side of Malaysia. To the island of Borneo😊
Lmao rendah from indonesia
