Hello! I still use it! It’s great but the wheels get stuck after a while and it’s hard to open. Once you get it open there is no problem but it can be annoying!
Omg this was a struggle for me too! I had to try so many times. So you move the button to the side FIRST then you press the other one down. Then you kind of lift it up and push it down with your foot!

The manual covers it too. The lowest slide position is for collapsing it down. Still kinda tricky.
