Help: I set up my claim on the tool kit, toolkit confirms flare (address) and (claim) in left white box in Xrp tool kit interface.
Flare address coincides with Eth address on ledger live.
I received my Songbird with no problem.
XRP scan, Flare tab shows allocated Etherium address is correct.
I opened ledger live, downloaded FLR app and sychronised but nothing tranfered over.
Multiple friends replicated this same process and received their tokens.
What am i doing wrong?
i was setup to receive 2 years ago, now everything is on a ledger can i still receive i haven't updated my xrp tool kit and i have a large bag of xrp
I use a ledger. The address is correct but my tokens do not appear in my ledger accounts.
I had the same issue. I created new eth address on ledger live and added it XRPtoolket message key to receive my Flare token. On flare network it show the amount of flare token I have got in airdrop on the eth address which I have created on ledger live but flare token is not showing on ledger live. I realised that I shouldn't added eth address on XRPtool kit I should have used Flare address. Any solution to retrieve stuck Flare token from that eth address and transfer them to flare network address.
I had my XRP on coinbase at the time of the snapshot, but have not received any FLR??

Can somebody help please. I put my address in the flare explorer and it shows the amount of flr but it also says no tokens. The address is my ledger eth account and I dont see any tokens in there also. Please help.
I had the same issue. I created new eth address on ledger live and added it XRPtoolket message key to receive my Flare token. On flare network it show the amount of flare token I have got in airdrop on the eth address which I have created on ledger live but flare token is not showing on ledger live. I realised that I shouldn't added eth address on XRPtool kit I should have used Flare address. Any solution to retrieve stuck Flare token from that eth address and transfer them to flare network address.
This weird collective idea that FLR was supposed to go live and be worth thousands is hilarious. The network hasn’t been live 24 hours and now everyone is dumping. Why not delegate and generate more FLR. To each their own.

@@trigger833 I think I opened Ledger Live along with my Ledger Nano and they were there...amazing. Then I just transfered the majority of it to my Bifrost wallet and wrapped and delegated them. I hope this works for you.
Question for you, I have 2 ETH addresses on my ledger. One was for the Flare claim and the other for everything else. When I added the Flare app my Flare isn't showing. I checked XRP scan and I did receive the airdrop. Because I have 2 eth addresses do I need to link the correct one to my flare app somehow on ledger?
I have updated my live firmware, added a flare account, but I see no balance on my ledger. I connected to XRP toolkit and can see my flare address but it hasn’t hit my account yet. What am I doing wrong??

Thanks for this presentation. Great job. I followed the instructions provided by Ledger Live and still do not see my Flare tokens on my Nano S Ledger. My Flare Address is my Ethereum address on the Ledger & in Toolkit I see the altered address in the Message Key. I have checked XRP SCAN and found the 15% transfer was successful. It shows WFLR (wrapped Flare?). Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
This video didn’t explain shit. The real issue is on ledger live when you create a flare wallet you can’t pick which eth wallet to pull from. So you have to connect your ledger to metamask and you can pick which wallet you want, and then you can access your flare tokens. Myself and others had this issue

Thanks for the info. I’d done this last night to find the second part of my FLR was delivered. My airdrop was split between 4 accounts on 2 ledger devices. 1st worked fine and showed up in Bifrost then ledgerlive after importing the app to device and desktop. The 2nd however is not displayed despite being a eth address in ledger that I have control of. The eth address has no funds in it. Could that be an issue? Any insight would be appreciated.

I had an issue adding FLR to my Ledger. I have 2 ETH addresses. I created a 2nd ETH address just to receive the FLR token. When I tried to add it to my Ledger, it would only look at my original ETH address and I couldn't point it to the ETH address I had set up just for FLR. My solution was to import into my MetaMask since it allows you to select what ETH address you want to use for your FLR from your Ledger. It's the only solution I could find. Not a big deal, since I'm going to be delegating anyway and you can do that directly from MetaMask.

I waited 2 years for the Flare distribution from Coinbase. Now all I can do is watch other people take my delegation rewards.
I have done that check and can see the FLR, I can access my Ledger and add the flare token and can see that the address matches but cannot seem to get my flare or see what the value of the flare is.

I used the XRP toolkit to claim my Spark.
Opened Ledger Live today, updated the Ledger Live app, updated the Nano Ledger firmware, in Ledger Live went to Accounts, clicked on Add Asset, selected Flare.
That's when my Flare balance showed up : )

I shit myself over this too but found it eventually. Your flare is probably on a legacy MEW address. You have to go into metamask settings and change it to legacy MEW instead of HID.
I did everything correctly, and my ETH address is identical to my FLR address. I checked XRP Scan and XRP Tool Kit and it says that I'm eligible for the air drop. I still DID NOT receive my FLR tokens in my ledger ?! If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

I went on Google chrome and entered my message key and my flare address comes up below my message key and when I try to update, I get an “ unsupported browser “ and I am on chrome etc.

I used my ledger to claim my flare. I got my songbird no problem, but I do not see the flare address in the list at the end when trying to claim in the xrp toolkit. Just a bunch of random addresses.

👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 OMG it took me 4 hours to figure it out. But finally retrieved it. I kept forgetting to change to ethereum on my wallet on metamask to open my wallet. So simple but i was to excited and forgot. I knew I did the setup right. Just a little rusty on using metamask. Deligating ofcourse.

It was never anything. Bitrue was trading an IOU that never existed and that price doesn't legitimately count towards actual price discovery.

Can't remember, but in your tutorial for bifrost wallet claim...I think you forgot to mention going into the settings>advanced>address derivation> and changing the Flare address to match(for me my default was not the same as the one needed)...would save a lot of people stress. "Carlos" from the bifrost wallet support team was awesome, he helped me.

@alexgatlin9631 so I used a MEW address. I could see I had received them to that address but couldn't find them anywhere. Last night I connected metamask acct to flare network and nothing happened. This morning I did the same with my phone version and the flare showed up in my metamask. It still doesn't show anywhere in my ledger but I will connect ledger to metamask later and see if it shows or if I have to send it to myself. Atleast I have access to it after a couple days of trying

Dude, this isn't the problem for most. The problem is how do we get access to that address? Can't get access on the ledger and can't get access via metamask.
You need a secret phrase or private key to access any blockchain wallet.

If the Flare Explorer shows 0 FLR in the same address which you linked to your XRP account (as seen on XRP tool kit), I can only assume you did not have XRP in your wallet at the time of the snapshot or that you did not go through the claim process within the deadline (mid-2021).

You don't send them from the Flare explorer, the Flare explorer is just showing you what's in the wallet. You need to access that wallet, the wallet you linked when going through the claim process.

Yes, future FLR Airdrops are based on how much WFLR you hold in the 3 weeks prior to each airdrop. If you hold more, you receive more. If you hold 0, you get 0.

This is an excellent tutorial, thank you for the help, flare network is surely the future and will take the blockchain technology for the better making it more secure, scalable and connecting everything. now I can claim my FLR and send it to my mexc wallet and earn a share of 2k MX prize pool.
after you see it here, go to the ledger device, go to accounts. click on add new account at bottom. search flr. add the account to your ledger device. after flr account is downloaded your flare token of 15% will be inside.
I’ve done all of this and I still can’t see anything… I see my balance and it’s showing me my 15% there but bellow my balance where it says tokens, says

I was not finding the FLR token on my device so I had to update the app on my “phone” after updated I found the FLR token Symbol “FLR “
Then I installed the FLR token on my device and it showed straight way my balance..
before I updated my device it was showing me a 1FLR polygon token which I thought was that one, I don’t know what the is but I got it at the end.. thank you for your support. 🙏🏼

Every month since the initial airdrop, if you've not been claiming them, they've been getting burned. There is still over half the distribution left, the next monthly airdrop is tomorrow

Then it's possible you did not hold XRP at the time of the snapshot or that you did not claim before the deadline in 2021
Regardless of how the market market on $FLR has been lately, i still consider this as an opportunity to bag more tokens on my wallet. FLARE is a unique gem with jam-packed utility. If more CEXs like MEXC and Gate io continue listing, this would help FLR in solidifying its base.
Can't you just go to XRPSCAN and look at the ledger directly? You just put in your XRP wallet address and look in the Flare tab?
I have a question which is not strictly pertinent with this video (more with the previous one). You said concerning delegation that it is important to choose a signal provided with a Vote power cap not too distant from the 2.5 vote cap otherwise we will be diluting the rewards for everyone else. I believe you should expand on this concept. Moreover I think it is needed the possibility to delegate to more than two signal providers in order not to risk to go above the threshold. Confused. I created FLR wallet in Gatehub by the deadline but have yet to receive any type of distribution. When going to xrp toolkit- account properties- there is nothing there in the message key or below it. I had XRP during the snapshot. How do I get the FLR?
