Italian here! The song at 11:30 is called " 'na voce 'na chitara e o poco e luna" " 'na" is the neapolitan way to say "one", so the title is "ONE voice, ONE guitar and a little moon" anyway, thank you to let people know about italian popular music :D
OMG this is so much fun. Cory Pesaturo seems to be the Duracell Bunny of Accordion. I smiled so much looking at the fun you both were having. Your improvisations were fantastic Amy.
I met this guy at an accordion convention in Leavenworth when I was 17 or 18. I was in awe because I watched his videos when I was 11 or 12 and just barely getting interested in the accordion so getting to meet him was amazing
Aimee, my husband Don LOVED the accordion. I could feel him watching this with me from the other side. I actually have an accordion but I sound like a clogged up vacuum cleaner. This video made me smile and even tear up a little. I actually mentioned you last week to a friend and I described you as the absolute nicest person I have ever met. Thanks for this delightful video. Love to your family.
I lost track of how many times I laughed out loud in delight at the music you both were creating and how much fun you both were having while doing it! I watched this twice on Nebula when it dropped yesterday and now watching again here. Thanks SO much Aimee for pulling this together! 🎶❣️
The Les Paul and Mary Ford of the accordian and keyboard! The accordian really is such a great instrument. It even lends itself to middle eastern styles. This guy's playing really is amazing. I love it. As Nahre pointed out there's so much there we keyboardists can use to liven up our playing and strengthen our phrasing.
Magnificent and frightening I realised I know nothing Thanks Amy 😢 That shoo whop jazz vocal bebop scat autumn leaves thing was so easy for him .... Dear lord!! Incredible
Welcome to the Aimee Nolte Variety Show!! This was like watching a guy spinning plates on a stick and trying to not let any plates break!! this was exhausting but I couldn’t stop watching 😂
Wow! That´s a hell of an accordion player. It makes me wanna buy that accordion. I wonder how many $$ it costs. Anyway, I got hugely contagious vibes from Cory.
FORGOT TO TELL YOU I AM A FEMALE PROFESSIONAL ACCORDIONIST. MY SON IS ACCOMPLISHED GUITARIST AND DRUMMER. FROM THERESA REALO HOLDER FROM BETHLEHEM PA. GREAT VIDEO. 😊❤
@@CPez The Baked Potato in LA. I'm originally from RI too and almost everyone in my family played accordion but not like you man! Totally blew my mind, I'll never forget it.
@@CPez I admire your skills Cory. I just subscribed to you. I'm just a self taught beginner piano player but you might find a few of my videos interesting? Some with family, variety of locations etc. Thanks 🎹
Heck, I was getting some Myron Floren vidbs there and checking Wikipedia it turns out Cory Pesaturo got his start filling in for an ill Myron Floren at the former Warwick Music Theater in Rhode Island at age 11. That's just great!
That wasn’t “Eastern European” style, that was Eastern European Romani style he was playing. Romani people are the masters of accordions 🪗 great video as usual.
Cory should hook up with someone like Scott Kinsey, James Francies or George Whitty and program some modern sounds to take it to the next level. Playing a regular accordion also sounds great.
I don't mean to gang up on my boy Cory here; he's a genius. However, he got the translation wrong.the tittle of the song is " 'Na voce, 'na chitarra e 'o poco 'e luna"... So, the correct translation is... "A voice, a guitar, and a little bit of moonlight". (is all one needs) pass it on to him i thing he would appreciate it. 🙃
Hilarious fun! Does the bellows do much of anything on that accordion, or is more it a way for a keyboardist to play right hand only while replacing a P bass with the left? Okay, I see it now. Bellows can drive it, and it has drum pads too.
Absolutely. The original 1950’s / 60’s / 70’s electric accordion were using bellows was Only fit the accordion reeds. This is totally reedless, and everything is effected by the bellows. Amplifying why the accordion is the Greatest instrument haha
THE NEW DICK CONTINO. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING SINCE 11 YEARS OLD AND IM NOW 83. WHEN YOU PLAY I JUST WANT TO HEAR YOU. YOU DONT NEED ANOTHER INSTRUMENT. YOU ARE A SYMPHONY AND GENIUS. YOU HAVE TO COME TO MYSICFEST IN BETHLEHEM PA OR ANYWHERE HERE IN LEHIGH VALLEY AREA. LOTS OF ITALIANS HERE. MY WISH IS TO GET A CHANCE TO PLAY A MEDLEY OF ITALIAN SONGS WITH YOU. FULL ITALIAN BORN AND RAISED IN ROSETTO PA. YOU ARE THE "GOAT" GREATEST OF ALL ACCORDIONISTS. HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON IN PERSON.
You would Hate most of my playing if you think That was too many notes haha. like I say in the video, I prefer to play 1,000,000 miles an hour, or a slow balance, the medium stuff does not interest me that much.
My grandfather once told me he really wished he had learned to play the accordion when he was young because if you played you got invited to all the parties... 🥹
This guy just makes you want to learn accordion.
His energy is so infectious
I'm not sure if I've ever smiled through a whole video more in my entire life. THIS is what music is all about!

So sweet. I’m thinking of you and your Don this wknd. Much love.
This dude is a legend, I laughed my way through the video, I doubt I've had that much fun listening to music in a long time.
Cory Pesaturo's musical vibe reminds me of Jerry Murad & the Harmonicats. The guy's a one-man show! Thank you for putting this video out, Aimee!
I lost track of how many times I laughed out loud in delight at the music you both were creating and how much fun you both were having while doing it! I watched this twice on Nebula when it dropped yesterday and now watching again here. Thanks SO much Aimee for pulling this together! 🎶❣️
You rock! Thank you!!
That was super fun to watch! he is amazing! and so fun that you can figure out how to play with him somehow. Love it.
Absolutely amazing
He is like four amazing musicians in one. Completely unbelievable!
Na Voce, na Chitarra e o ppoco e luna.
One Voice , one Guitar and a little bit of Moon.
Amazing.
I'm an accordion player - well, I thought I was. Cory is a smile merchant - so much fun - and a phenomenal musician.
Aimee and Nahre, my (unaware) best friends on UA-cam united by this giant of accordion is the best surprise I could ask for!
😂 most fun "inbetween Christmas and New Year" musical distraction I have ever seen and heard! 🎉🎉😊

This is fantastic
Fuck yeah! I'm from RI, and I can't believe the accordion world champ is from my home state. Represent
Little Rhody!! I’ll be on Gene Valecenti next Friday, tune in at 8am!
Amazing is all I can say!
What an absolute hero this guy is!
Welcome to the Aimee Nolte Variety Show!! This was like watching a guy spinning plates on a stick and trying to not let any plates break!! this was exhausting but I couldn’t stop watching 😂
This is really cool!
What a beast! 😮 I want an instrument like that!
That's a Roland FR-7X. There's the updated version, FR-8X, but of course more expensive.
This is so great!
That was cool Aimee.
Amazing. I have this silly grin on my face!!
His energy is amazing! I just realize that this is the "one trick to turn chopin into jazz" guy🤣
Aimee...this was the most musical encounter I've ever heard...love from Brasil...
Lovely Aimee
Mindblowing!

Big $$$ to be made here on the street in Venice, IT! Love it.

Thank you for this. I've been trying to get Rick Beato to recognize the great accordion players for years. =].

I saw him sit in at the spud about 10 years ago. Amazing!
Wait…. Where’s the “Spud”?

Really need to upgrade my FR7 to an FR7x or FR8x. Or even the new Korg Fisa digital accordion thats been released recently. Love this.
That was a joy to watch Aimee. And Cory Pesaturo sounds like a nice Italian name. I play a little piano too. 🎹 🌊 🏄♂ 👍

Makes me sick how good you both are😂😂❤
Marvellous !
Don’t sell your audience short.. sometimes a virtuoso demonstration is the best kind of lesson… that was fun, and flew by.
03:03 was AMAZING !!! 😂😂😂
What an energy!!! He is unstoppable 😂
WOW!!!!! Sooo GOOD!!
That Eastern European stuff was so fun haha ❤ amazing skills ❤
That was amazing!
this was fun
Always enjoy innovative talents with instrument rigging! 😎JAM!
Your favorite tune sounds like you're playing for "Take 6" in that setting.
Wow!!! Love it!!! what's the model of the accordion he's playing?
Awesome😂😂
What fun! When he swings, this guy is like the Joey DeFrancesco of the accordion.
TOTALLY AWESOME!!
Very humbling this. I used to tell my rocker guitar buddies that Myron Floren played triplets faster than Van Halen.
there will never be another you - tarantella'll be the jam, it's true
So beautiful! Aimee have you tried to play the accordion?
I want to learn accordion now!
Heck, I was getting some Myron Floren vidbs there and checking Wikipedia it turns out Cory Pesaturo got his start filling in for an ill Myron Floren at the former Warwick Music Theater in Rhode Island at age 11. That's just great!
If he taught a course on that left hand, I would gladly pay for it.
HOPE CORY HAS BEEN ABLE TO READ MY 2 OTHER COMMENTS. I LOVE HIS VIDEOS AND GREATEST ACCORDIONIST.
"'Na voce, 'na chitarra e 'o poco 'e luna" it's Neapolitan for "a voice, a guitar and a bit of moon"
Dekku is Correct!!
omg! great
Cory Pesaturo also has a very nice and interesting vocal, apparently! Love the video. Too short :-D
Fantastic!!!❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
That was amazing. Thanks Aims
14:10 Does anyone know this master song, please?
Now I want an SV2!
how the hell can he do that what
Ha ha wow! Incredible!
What brand accordion is that? I have a Roland.
That wasn’t “Eastern European” style, that was Eastern European Romani style he was playing. Romani people are the masters of accordions 🪗 great video as usual.
the voices at 15:00 caught me off guard lmao

Ever heard of Paul Stanga?
This reminds me of Bill Evans knew a bandleader that knew either hundreds or thousands of polkas..
Why does his accordion sound like an electronic synthesizer?
Never heard an accordion sound like a drum kit!
Check out the Roland fr 8x and similar units I have the 8x
Sweeeeet !
Looks I found another Cory who has fast hands on the keys.
Henry the other?
@@CPez Correct.

SV-1. I love it
Sweet heavens!!! I'm saving up for at least the SV273s@@AimeeNolte :)
There's a saying where I come from: "A gentleman is someone who knows how to play the accordion, but doesn't." Bit unfair, but funny.
um
wow ?

Save the electronic organs 1929-1992!
Dug it. But I'm also a long time fan of Brave Combo (since 80s).
This is mainly a show of his technical knowledge. I would prefer to hear nice music.
Did he pay you to write “world champ accordionist” in the title? 😂
horreur !!! ce n'est pas du tout un son d'accordéon, juste un son électronique typique amerloock !!!
a |-| wesome
Too many notes...Piano has wrong tone
Those are two very strong opinions. I’ll agree with the second one. In hindsight I wish I would have tried a normal piano sound
Maybe different tone would blend in better and it would not sound like too many notes.. to me btw.@@AimeeNolte
