    Patrick. I enjoyed your review. I’ve been interested in the cordless concept for years. There is a huge jump in price to the KitchenAID. Did you compare it with other cordless models before purchasing? And if so what convinced you the higher price was worth it?

    Lebih bagus hand blender cordless atau hand blender yang memakai kabel ?. Thank you.

    Thanks for the review, wondering if it’s powerful enough to make a fairly creamy nut butter & weather it can blend green leafy vegetables in a smoothie well?

      Hi Skye, I haven't tried that one! Perhaps, it won't be powerful enough to blend green leavy vegetables! However, we can always try to know :)

    Hey how is the power on this sucker? I LOVE my cheap immersion blender and use it ALL. THE. TIME. And think I've used it enough to make the jump to a cordless version. Could it bust up some ice, or no? Thanks man for this review!

    I was sure you were going to break the damn thing by the end of it. But it survived the stress test, pretty impressive. And if you put the pan guard in the holes like you did, it will not allow for the food to pass through the holes.

      @@alldayieatlikeashark I have the 5 speed corded version since the past 2 years, I was looking at the reviews for the KitchenAid because I wanted to see how the cordless compares to the corded in terms of power. I had the same concerns with the wire as you did, it gets in my way. Also one other comment basis your video you ask why the jar has a lid and what is the use for that then the answer to that is the transparent section of the lid can be removed and the blender is the perfect size to go through that hole, it serves the same purpose as your hand does which is not letting the liquid squirt out the top. Use the lid since if ur doing this with something hot the way ur using it can lead it to burn your hand. Again thanks for your video it helped me reach a decision on sticking to the corded version.

    I LIKE the review and am all set to purchase one. I am wondering, though, is it possible to get a replacement battery in case of accidental damage, like dropping it?

    • @benbrown8258
      @benbrown8258 5 років тому

      What got me pondering that was reading the reviews. A KitchenAid spokesman mentioned there was no replacing or servicing the battery in the event of damage and the buyer was fully liable. Having family that sometimes assist me in the kitchen means I should probably reconsider having something so expensive that can't be repaired. I've checked out other options that are serviceable or the manufacturer offers replacement. Not as good as this KitchenAid Appliance but family is worth a little more.

    I purchase the kit from Goodwill, with two batteries and no charger. The charger for the battery is impossible to find separately. IMPOSSIBLE!!!

      @alldayieatlikeashark  Рік тому +1

      What a find at Goodwill! 🎉 But ugh, the charger playing disappearing act? 🙅‍♂ I feel your frustration, seriously. Have you pinged KitchenAid's support? They could be the heroes to end this charger mystery. 🦸‍♀ Blender action awaits - let's get that charger showdown sorted! ⚡

    • @rddav1
      @rddav1 Рік тому

      @alldayieatlikeashark Unfortunately, KitchenAid has pretty much given up support for this particular model. They chose to go in a different direction for their cordless models (plugging the charging adapter into the base of the blender). The company does not support this model at all in terms of accessories, replacement parts, etc! 🤬🤬🤬

      @@LReed-b7j I gave that set away to a co-worker a week ago. He said he could take the battery packs apart and replace the batteries inside. I think he ended up soldering fresh rechargeable batteries to the leads of the battery packs. Now, why didn't I think of that?🤷‍♂️ Sorry!

    I would like to know about how long can you go with one charge, and would also like to see you using the blender. I think people would like to see you doing that smoothie instead of only talking, so we can see the tool working.

      @@alldayieatlikeashark Thank you. One real negative point is that kitchenaid wont sell battery replacements. So, when the battery eventually will die ( in 2-3 years) you will have to buy another mixer. I am going for the corded version.

      @@franciscom431 The battery will hold up for hundreds of charges. The average person would probably only need to charge this once a month. I charge my cell phone every day and after 2 years I do get less battery life but it still hold enough charge for a day of usage. The battery for this should last a person for a decade if not longer. My cordless toothbrush battery's finally dying on me. But it's 4 years old and I charge it about every 6 days.
