    9:54 I am a firm believer of the walk break.
    I use them on my walk breaks.
    I use them when I race.
    I am a Pace Setter and use them when I pace too. Strategic walk breaks are vital. I do them every 6KM's and they line up with an aid station.
    As a final point, I've run a 3:28 marathon and a sub 5 Oceans using run walk.

    Walk breaks during a race are a game changer, sometimes almost feels like cheating.
    But I don't take them when training unless running over 35km.

    I've used both strap and wrist HR monitoring, non are accurate. My heart runs on a different beat. 😀

    Don't believe in running time! I've always run distance, back in the day, the formula for the long run is determined by distance!
