  • The method to getting the highest possible stats in jagged alliance 3 is abuse forgiving mode and training.
step 1 turn on forgiving mode
step 2 make a custom merc set wisdom at 85 (wisdom is the only stat you cant train) pick whatever you want for the rest of the stats and perks
step 3 pick 1 merc that has higher stats than your player character
    step 4 kill 3 guys
step 5 talk to the girls to complete the tile and be able to access sat view
step 6 pick one stat and train mercs
step 7 repeat step 6 till the stat you are training hits 91 then move on to the next stat.
When every stats at 90 pick the rest of your team and go play the game.
dont feel like you need to do this to start the game you dont need it. This method takes hours and is rather cheesy honestly you could just mod or cheat in a fraction of the time.

If you're watching this, note the important details.
Steroid might have high health, strength and marksmanship but his wisdom is low which translates into slow training. It took a whole day to get that 1 health point bump.
His IMP was also already high (85) in health so that also contributes to it moving slowly. Taking a skill from 0 (like mechanical here) always goes faster.
Teachers - high leadership, wisdom, stats, teaching trait helps.
Students - high wisdom, lowest stats move the quickest.

You can do almost the same thing without forgiving mode. Start on first blood to get the 40k then as soon as you are in the game switch it back to mission impossible. take Steroid to start he trains Health to 91 Strength to 91 and marksmanship to 89. Then he trains mechanics just to finish off his contract. That takes hiring him 3 times if I remember right. Then Mouse gets hired 2 or 3 times Agility to 91, Dex to 91 and finish off with a small amount of Medic training. Then go to rescue Ernie Village for another 30 k and train Mechanics, Medical and Explosives to around 65-75 with Barry, MD and Livewire. Takes about 3 months in game time.

looks good, especially you can let Evan train you 1 lesson and improve the shooting skill of both u and Stroid

Okay, this is pretty cheesy, but still a fun idea.

Why not use Wolf cause he does things 30 percent faster.

You could if you want at least for some of the stats. Its just the bigger the stat disparity the better the training. You cant use wolf for everything.

Are you sure that all this delay in training doesn't have some impact on the campaign? i.e. some fixed dates that you might run up against?

As long as you dont leave the tutorial island the delay wont change anything. When you hit the mainland for the first time start capturing mines, enter or go near certain areas then timers will start ticking.
