@@Jin_world_changer Not really. You have to remember that fusion has always been broken. In Buu saga it pushed 2 low tier ssj 1 kids above Ssj 3 Goku. In the tournament of power it pushed a Ssj2 and Ssj God level fusion into around ui omen levels of power when it only went ssj 2.
@@madskillzmz I agree that fusion is definitely broken, but at the same time, angels are also pretty freaking OP. Whis blocked MUI Moro with a finger-tip without even acknowledging him, and he was on-par with Goku. That gap in power is pretty much like the difference between a T-rex and an ant.

A combined form of ultra ego/instinct would be kind of a dumb idea imo.
The forms are supposed to be polar opposites of each other. One is detachment and letting go, the other is grounding yourself and being fully aware in that moment.
Combining the two for the sake of a fan service transformation just dilutes their impact thematically.
I think it would be cool if Gogeta/ Vegito would swap between the forms for offense and defense instead.

My brother said something interesting yesterday. "Ultra Gogeta" could use UE to power him up (by taking hits) and then using MUI (in conjunction with hakai energy blasts). Also, if he was fighting another fusion, he could just use Force Spirit Fission.
Anyway, I think the fusion would have silver hair and no eyebrows. The perfect blend of the two most knowledgeable warriors out there.

I was thinking the other day it would be interesting if they fused and had access to both ultra ego and UI. It would be interesting if those forms combined together.

I don't think they'll be able to combine the forms since they are exact opposites. They should however be able to switch from form to form on the fly though.

In any case he certainly wouldn't be able to "combine" the 2. Wouldn't be surprised if that was the exact reason why he cant master UI.

I'm not sure if Gogeta could fuse Ultra Instinct and UItra Ego together because both have conflicting concepts such as U.I. being about the absence of thought and avoiding danger while U.E. is about indulgence in the ego and the accepting damage in order to increase strength. If possible we would probably only see UI Gogeta or UE Gogeta in battle.

I honestly feel like we're only going to get fusion in movies from now on(or maybe it'll always be Vegito in the anime/manga with Gogeta only being in movies).
I could be wrong, but I'd expect they want to save it for when it can make them the most money.
Saving it for a movie is more profitable than an episode, or manga chapter.
I don't mind it only being in movies though so it wouldn't bother me.

I don’t think the mindsets of Instinct and Ego are compatible. The fusion would probably have to lean towards one or the other, you can’t have both.

I was thinking the same thing wouldn’t the two forms conflict. Cause vegeta said him self the form is unbounded. It’s the opposite I believe. I think he would be able to use both. But not at same time.
They would either conflict or form the perfect being. Being able to tap back and forth into each when necessary.
@@raddpluto HA no, vegito isnt as egotistical as you think, he only taunts his opponents to make them mad, thats not ego, and he does get serious at times. against super buu he wanted to be absorbed so he taunted him, against zamasu, he was being cocky but he was also serious on multiple occasions, while gogeta looks so cocky during the broly fight and keeps smiling and all that, so i think its reverse
@MaestroEpicLoser I think they both have a ton of fun with fighting, and certainly enjoy their superiority over Goku or Vegeta. The two of them love it when they're on top, Vegeta even moreso. But I agree with Zazam POW and came down here to make the same comment: the techniques are so different and so unique to their individual personalities and styles that I don't know how much bleed-over there could actually be. Vegeta and Beerus both say that the techniques/transformations (the transformations might be a Saiyan-only thing, even Whis points out in the manga that Goku should be able to use UI without transforming but it makes it better for some reason) are diametrically opposed in approach. I don't know how well someone could fuse such opposite styles.
But the differences between Goku and Vegeta as-is hasn't stopped them before. Technically with the current lore it shouldn't be possible, but lore hasn't ever really stopped Dragonball from doing whatever whenever. Still fun to talk about, be safe and well everybody

I guess like always; the fusion time (earrings or dance) all boils down to how long the writers want them to stay fused regardless of power output.
A merging of Goku (with the angelic-like state of being U.I.; non angels like Gods of Destruction and mortals can get it too) & Vegeta (with the God of Destruction-like state of Ultra Ego) with the Potara (a pair of earrings created by the Gods of Creation/Kais) or the Fusion Dance (a series of movements invented by a moral race) would create a being who in theory could blend U.I. & U.E. together creating a balance.
Kind of like how "True Golden Frieza" was said to have obtained such power due to the perfect blending of tranquility and ferocity. I think Gogeta or Vegito could POSSIBLY transcend a time limit. I'm not saying the merger would be permanent. I'm thinking that perhaps they won't defuse in 10 or 15 minutes due to their power being so aligned and under control that they'd not overdo it. Kind of like how Goku had a limit of Kaio-Ken x2 (well King Kai WARNED him not to go above x2 because his body and limit at the time couldn't go higher than that without drawbacks) but he pushed himself and through training could pump it up to x10 before reaching Namek without too much strain on the body.
I think that Gogeta/Vegito could do what Goku could not in his individual body; MASTER U.I. in base! I always think back to the Buu Saga when Goku said Fusion Dance was about creating a new being capable of incredible feats that neither individual fighter could do alone. I feel that a fusion could have a body strong enough to comprehend Whis' and Beerus' lesson to a perfected level! The carefree nature of Goku and the cautious nature of Vegeta (let's be real both are seriously reckless from time to time) would make a fighter that could use these techniques together as one for a 'new' blended transformation.
Sorry to be longwinded, but I think there could eventually be a point where Goku and Vegeta fuse and their power output won't immediately defuse them. Unless, there will always be that handicap otherwise you have a character far too powerful to 'exist' due to lack of tension whenever they face an enemy.

- science UA and UI are oposittes and is impossible to have them at the same time they drop to normal.
- Gogeta keeps one form while drops the other.

Remember the fat friendly Kai that fuzed with majin buu, because he had God power as a kai, they stay fuzed indefinitely even supreme kai from universe 7 mentioned that would happen. what if now that vegeta has G. O. D power they theoretically stay fused indefinitely, until wished apart with the dragon balls. Super saiyan God = vegitto with destruction and UI. Whis actually gave a foreshadowing spoiler as well, saying if they worked together they could take beerus

Goku and Vegeta are too strong to fuse with the Potara earrings at this point as they surpass the strength the earrings can handle. The fusion dance has no restriction as it’s a technique that relies on the ki control of the users and the control the users have over the forms they use.
I mean they can always make up a excuse and make a super potara earrings that have no power limit and twice the fusion timer
Where is it written that potara has a power limit while the fusion dance has no restriction, watch DBZ gotenks defused early due to using a lot of power in ssj3, Gogeta has a 30 min time limit which will be reduced depending on the amount of energy used just like Vegito but Vegito has a 1 hour time limit so he will always outlast gogeta every single time.

Meanwhile vegito defused after only using a couple of ki attacks
Ssj3 drains the ki more than any other form and that was when no one even had time so somewhat Master the form
More power was not the reason gotenks defused it’s because the ki itself gets drained in that form so much

If ultra instinct is the mastery of self movement, ie: not thinking to move, how would that affect the validity of instant transmission. Instant transmission requires the user to think and locate the energy of the person they are teleporting to. So could UI allow the user to teleport to anyone without though?

Damage comes in when the body hasn’t physically mastered UI. I also doubt that self harm counts.
Pretty sure that in manga Ui doesn't cause damage, still burns a lot of stamina.

if they can fuse ego can take enough hits to gained the upper hand then switch to UI to dodge. they are the perfect combination of offense and defense

no it doesn't. they already did that and vegito got diffused earlier than an hour. so either goku or Vegeta neee to be a supreme kai so the fusion would be permanent and could go all out.

As for "Gogeta Alpha" or UI and UE Gogeta, I prefer they keep the god techniques separate. UI is based on a Buddhist-Daoist state of mind on emptiness (Sunyata) and UE is a Buddhist-Daoist state of mind based on a minstate of Destruction, you can't have two simultaneous states of mind of opposite nature , at the same time.
Imo, it should be that the fusion uses UI to compliment the fusion personality of Goku. If Gogeta wants to have fun, use Gokus side of "having fun and gauging a foe"
If the foe, doesn't give up to continues to do evil, then use UE as a "punishment factor" to ultimately end of eliminate the opponent for good, a great fit for Vegeta and the Destroyers mindstate
But Potara is based on the Taiji mindset

Whis don't have to fight seriously and if the author of the dbs manga did make a fight between Goku and Vegeta being fused now with their transformations he is not making Whis have to get serious cause he has common sense and knows that would ruin the angels because they are billions of years old how the hell two mortals are going to make them take a fight serious after just training for around 40 years that makes no sense story wise the angels and especially whis should never have to try in a fight and I hope they never have to leave them as they are.

My only question is, would they be able to finally beat Beerus and possibly maybe Whis? But just mainly Beerus because if I hear Goku or Vegeta say that they still can't beat Beerus especially after these new transformation then we might as well say that Beerus is the only god of destruction that is on par with Whis and the angels at this point. JIREN is able to solo his own god of destruction and probably the other onesso while I like Beerus as a character I would like to see him finally be surpassed😅 But this fusion should in theory be unstoppable.
If they fuse, I think it would be more like how Goku trained to use UI in base and with other forms. Like he could use the power of UE with the techniques of UI. Look wise it can either be the silver hair with a white flame-like aura like with UE or the purple hair with a purple version of the UI aura like how Jiren had a red color of the aura design

Duuude, I never thought about this before. Picture how Goten and and Trunks fuse and Gotenks' hair has both of their colors! Ultra Gogeta would look awesome with silver and purple hair like that. Now, judging by the fact that UI and UE are complementary, this could be hinting to some planning from Toyotaru's part. Maybe he is aiming for the ultimate warrior to be Ultra Gogeta.
With it being ultra instinct and ultra ego, they're 2 sides of the same coin, the ultimate balance, probably be able to unfuse at will.
I wonder If bc the 2 have so many techniques now plus the different forms, that gogeta is able to power up to a unique, exclusive form just for the fusions?

I can imagine a scenario where forced spirit fission can extend the time the fusions can last.
I don't think it could make it last forever, but maybe drawing in energy can sustain it for a couple more minutes.
I also don't know if both techniques/forms could combine in the way we're thinking(at least right away).
Maybe instead the fusion would just use Ultra Ego with the properties of UI(like Goku did with his other forms).
It wouldn't be UI at full force, but I think it'd still be better than either form on their own.
So I'd say we see that first, and then maybe they fully combine the forms later on.
There's also a chance it's just not possible, but the fusion could probably just switch between forms like can be done with God, and Blue.
