I bought one....... Missing the drain plug & ripped foam on the handle....$75.00..... Replaced the plug, replaced the foam....best damn mid-size cooler ever...!! (cutting board in the center & only ice half......3 frozen water bottles & basket on other side) Really cool cooler.....
@@R3DD1823 I did not want the factory drain so I went to a pvc fitting that takes a half-inch screw-on pvc cap on the drain side & just a half-inch tit on the other side....... I epoxyed that in & now the drain cap is a half-inch screw-on pvc cap readily available at any hardware store.....89 cents......
@@TimZ007 I bought one this weekend its rolls nice full of drinks in the sand , but when you put two beach chairs on top umbrella and a big speaker, tide down with bungees it dragged for sure, trying to find wider rubber wheels for it, but good cooler.
Their warranty is a joke don't buy one, I bought one and it didn't come with a drain plug, I know I should have looked before I bought it, it was the last one Wal-Mart had in stock so they couldn't help me, so I turned to there warranty instead because I liked the cooler. Ozark told me that it would take them 30 days to ship it to me, a damn plug was going to take 30 days to ship from California to Michigan. I hate to see how long it would take if you were to ship it to them to be repaired, probably 6 months. So if you want a product with a good warranty DON'T buy Ozark.
Your answer is above..... PVC fitting..... Half-inch screw-on cap on drain side......just a collar on other side. Epoxy it in & the drain cap is readily available at any hardware store. 89 cents.....works great.
@@gghostrrider a kid small enough can actually fit inside this cooler. The rubber latches are strong enough to keep them temporarily locked inside the cooler.
