Player has fallen into the horrible world of The Backrooms, an alternate dimension of endless rooms and hallways. He's held up at gunpoint by the evil Manager who is trying to study The Backrooms for some devious plan. After Bacteria attacks, Player is able to escape and teleport away to different floors. But now Player and his Hazmat friends have even more entities to worry about with the appearance of the awful voice mimicking Skin Walkers!
