Thanks, are you able to look around the other hotels and use the facilities like the slides etc or are you limited to using the Ocean's facilities and those found on the island?
@@eboracum10we just got back from there. No you can't. And the guests from other hotels cannot use the ocean's either. The ocean has the best facilities anyway. Can't see why anyone would go somewhere else. By the way, get down to the pool between 7-8am to reserve the pool beds. Another tip is to leave a tip each day for the maid (we left 50 Turkish lira each day) and they will do a better job. Be prepared for a long transfer of over 2 hours. Enjoy!
Interesting vid Mark and you are right more than anything this is a nice memory for you and your family to look back at,this is definitely Blackpool and Beyond😉, take care.
Never been to Turkey, thanks for showing us around the area your in today interesting to see it from a different aspect. beats all the commercial advertising, thanks again.
You're welcome these videos won't be for everybody. But it also gives me an opportunity to log it as my own personal video. And gives anybody that might find interesting to watch . You probably remember the old days when we took photographs and we put them in the box and then nobody looks at him again. When I'm long gone my family can look at this video . Thank you again I know glad you enjoyed
Very helpful, if I hadn't seen this I would think nothing would be around, we can plan better now thanks... do you know if the bazaar prices are the same as Alanya's downtown?
The usual tourist trap...selling hi-priced tat that looks much the same whether you go to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore or almost anywhere these days. Sarawak is slightly different - they have a shop in the Sarawak Mall that just sells chicken (and beer) - roasted, fried, Butter Chicken, Vindaloo, boiled, Chinese, Cheesy Chicken, Romesco Chicken - I spent all afternoon there, getting chickened up and ended up completely maggoted on the wonderful Sarawak Beer produced by Randy Liew - he studied under a Bavarian Beermeister - some recipies go back to the early 1700's. After 5 hours I had to have an assisted waddle back to my hotel suite! 🤫🤫🤫
Hello sorry for the late reply I've only just seen this message. Yes I did visit the Ireland and it was on the video where I've done the whole show round of the hotel. I'm sure this is the ones you've watched. If you need any more information get back to me
Drinks are not for short of English prices. If you want to purchase anything from a supermarket go to.a micros I think I'll spell it right. And everything is super cheap in there.. restaurants very much the same. Turkey now has a caught up slightly with prices due to the cost of living so you need to watch what you buy regards clothes shoes all those extra things you really need to barter a lot of stuff is priced up at the market in euros. They do like euros and they do like English money. Yodi time you really need Turkish lira as if you're getting on the bus. It helps. I went for two weeks and I never touched any Turkish lira. Meaning I didn't take anything with me. You really need to have in mind what you want to pay for a piece of clothing and I recommend that you just keep pushing and pushing them so you're comfortable with the price.. Hope this is helped you a little
Just got back from there and I would recommend you not to spend anything there. The sellers are asking for ridiculous prices. They think stuff with a brand name stuck on it means they want high prices, they are fakes! Eating out is expensive too. Don't bother mate, keep your money and spend it at home. By the way, be prepared to pay extortionate prices for drinks and food at their airport. £3 for a 500ml bottle of water. Total joke.
Hello there do you mean fast food outlets or actually restaurants. The restaurants inside coral Island is very good. The food in the Washington pub is very good obviously all these are kids friendly. Yates is good let me know more so if you mean fast food outlets . There are some very good places to eat in Blackpool . But plays any more information don't hesitate to contact me
