It's almost like every single tech UA-camr decided to do a Mini ITX build with DeepCool parts at the exact same time.
That’s what happens when a company sends out tons of hardware and said hardware is actually interesting. In this case the price point and functionality is interesting.
@@inmypaants The price is like that for now but if it gets popular, they'll up the MSRP. For example, the NR200 started at around 80 and ended up being 130 on average. This case if it becomes popular will definitely be 120. Still worth the money compared to all the greedy fucks selling itx cases for over 200.
It is like they all were shipped one for free, under NDA. Given their low costs, this is awesome marketing, for a super low costs. It goes without saying, that almost every reviewer actually made a video about this, because they all seem to like the case.
@@baconbreadwithbaconokay, pump the brakes. not everyone is cooler master or deepcool, who can mass-manufacture their cases and sell them that cheap and still be profitable. the niche sff market is still very much community-driven with a lot of individuals designing cases. it's not greedy to want to make a margin on something as well-engineered as the Formd T1, for example.
@@maximus3294 There are smaller companies in Asia that make high quality itx cases for 120. It's all greed when these supposedly low volume companies ask for 200. It's nonsense. I'm tired of people defending these companies. Many of these low volume companies use the same OEM. They're either stupid and like getting ripped off or they're greedy.
The CH160 is something that the ITX community needed. A portable case, great price, and solid hardware compatibility. The ATX PSU support makes this chassis even more appealing.
But then you can only use very short GPU
ATX PSU is overkill though, I mean it's nice you have more options but you don't need it
@@pax3974 it's overkill sure, but an equivalent ATX supply is cheaper than an SFX supply, especially for lower end units
@@kushy_TVyou’re already saving a bunch of money on this case at $70. Might as well throw the savings into a SFX PSU to maximize your GPU options.
i mean, i guess, but if ur building a cheaper itx pc, around $600-ish, your gpu options are likely going to fit anyways, especially with a shorter 125mm psu like the corsair cx650/cv650
aesthetic > rgb
love the minimalist vibe of this pc
This looks fantastic. I really appreciate you adding the noise test section, as excessive pc noise drives me completely nuts. I've watched all your build videos, but this one really looks like the one I want to build.
More budget friendly and yet super sleek looking, thank you for this one, I'm shocked with those amazing temps!
I was waiting for a build in this case! That's exactly what I planning for my build except for the GPU. Looks amazing and very portable, and that's what I looking for!! 10/10!!!
For those who don't like (like me) glass panels, there is the "Deepcool Air Panel 100" as an accessory, available in white and black of course
Got link for the product?
damn, that's hell of a itx budget build. props to deepcool.
Usually I skim build videos because my adhd but you were very concise and your shots were beautiful. Great video!
Try watching at 2x speed. UA-cam is so boring for me at regular speed. But I binge/watch a ton at 2x speed because it’s more compelling and more info per minute that way.
Exactly the air cooler I was thinking of when I saw the new case! Great video as usual, Devyn!
As for the ATX PSU, Enermax has one called the Revolution D.F. 12. What's unique about theirs is that it's ATX-sized, but lengthwise it's shorter than an SFX-L PSU (122mm vs. 130mm). It also has braided cables and ATX 3.0/12VHPWR support. Not being able to install the front case fan aside, I think this PSU is perfect for the CH160, G200, and other such lunchbox cases.
I'm very excited about this case. Great layout, component support, cooling, and aesthetics, all for $70. And your build is a beautiful showcase of its potential.
@Devyn Johnston, I really like your channel. You provide a very elegant touch to your builds. You don't rely on flashy visual and auditory effects like other channels do. You keep it simple, and your builds speak to the quality of your channel. Like I said, your builds are elegant. Keep it up!
Nice, this case fits exactly what I was looking for: small "portable" and able to fit atx psu with smaller gpus.
RGB people be like: the performance is gonna be bad.
THANK YOU for specifying that you can fit a 310mm GPU in this case. Seeing builds and pictures, it looked like you could but I wasn't sure. Every review video I've seen never even bothered to test if this was the case. Now I know!
I have a Red Dragon 6800xt which is 310mm and I thought I coudln't fit it in that case.
Hey, how much more clearance does it have from the front panel since I want to put a 7900 xt🎉 sapphire pulse which is 313 millimeters
The Asus Dual is great. I have the same model as a 7800XT.
The Ch160 immediatly cought my attention. I'm more of a mATX kinda guy, which is like 0-drawbacks to a fullATX build, but this case is nice! Was already a big fan of the CH370, a mATX build with a white exterior and black interior.
I'ts gonna be a long time until I upgrade again, but this will be considered. In the r/mffpc scene, the AP201 is extremely popular, similar to teh hype fo the o11 dynamic back then. This CH160 is essentially that, just a bit smaller again, but still fits everything. I think this is gonna be super popular

"So, I genuinely.. kinda.. love this case" 😂
perfect case. Clean simple layout.
I love how minimalistic the aesthetics of this build ❤
Great capabilities, great pricing
Seems like a good contender in sff world
I really liked that case. Most small cases like that have no dust filter, which is a deal breaker for me. This one not only has a beautiful glass panel on one side, but has dust filters on the other side, plus on top and bottom. It really is one I will strongly consider if I ever end up building a small PC.
I bought this case for my
r5 7600
4070 super
ddr5 2x16gb 6000 Mhz ram
Corsair sf850l Psu
Samsung 970 evo plus 1tb nvme ssd
So excited.
This case looks really awesome but I wish it was available with a solid or mesh side panel rather than glass. I would definitely pick one up then.
Yay! Another lunchbox build! My favorite! :)
Thanks for this devyn! This video would really help with my new build
I need to see this case with the U12A
I want this vertically mounted with top back panel access. This way, it will make more sense, space saving wise.
This is basically the metal version of the 3D Printed BeamCase. Cool stuff
Thank you for confirming the ASUS TUF fits - pretty sure they just tested it as the largest GPU to drop in and set its dimensions as the limit - but I was confused and now I know!
Please build a 20 liter Lunch Box pc with Jonsbo / Jonsplus Z20 case. The case looks absolutely stunning and its a matx case.
why did DeepCool have to get sanctioned 😭 such a nice case
Been waiting for your build. ❤
now im sold, 310mm still can be fits in, thanks!
Great build! I’m thinking about replacing my Dan A4 with this. Only problem is it won’t be in store until december
That thing is huge for ITX standards when compared the ghost and formd cases
sick case man, gonna build my first pc in a couple months and this case will fit like a glove for the gigabyte 4070ti
Weird nobody is showing any builds with an ATX power supply (just saying it fits) which I feel is what most people who'd be interested in buying this case would be using or they'd just another case (like the NR200P)
More micro-ATX please. I really want a small form factor but want to add a 10 gigabit NIC as well.
I think this will have to be my first build... If I don't build in the CH370. Aside from me needing something small to fit on my desk, I love the minimalism, portability and compact nature of this build. This build has everything I'm looking at aside from the CPU, thinking I'll get the Ryzen 9 7900 instead and the lack of RGB puts me just under my budget.
Man I just got an NR200 but I'm really feeling this a little more
Me who just got the g200😢
@@twentyjeans4234 Me who has a G200 and seriously considering a CH160 🤔
@@jmal but it kinda makes you mad cuz it was $110
@@twentyjeans4234 That's them import fees for ya.
As usual Devyn another great build, but I watch your videos and I want to re-build my Boxx.😆 Great job bruh💯
the sff goat back with another banger build.
love ur videos! do u have any guides on building pcs for video editing, 3d work, etc?
I love the build. I will use it when I build mine.
However, I thinks the air flow should be opposite direction.
The front fan should be exhaust fan so it can also suck out hot air from the GPU.
Also you will not need the near fan.
Digging the digital display air cooler.. This case is slowly winning me over for the next build. Hopefully Intel doesn't s*** the bed with this next gen.
I would like to see this case with a mesh front panel.
As it has a handle, I would be worried about the glass being broken every time I moved it (my current ITX build is portable and is moved around from time to time).
Other than that, it's a solid case - especially at that price point.
I think the power wire looks a little weird.
I just got rid of my DeepCool PSU that had the same squared mesh pattern, looks so siiick
Great to see a build using a different cooler than the assassin 4 lol. Hoping to see someone put a thermalright phantom spirit in it!
beautiful case! def going to be my next one
Nice build 👌
Can i know which overlay software you use for CPU, GPU temps ?
10:00 Not surprised by the bent AK620. My first Deepcool air cooler was also bent sideways. The quality control is abysmal.
Just got a ak620 digital off eBay for $40 brand new, I love eBay ❤️
i was just recently going through your videos to build a mini PC; i think im going to make this one now!! :)
Smaller cases can have longer GPUs. These manufacturers need to realize sandwich layout is the only logical one for ITX cases. Deepcool also needs to fix their website because it won't work.
Idk about that build quality... I've seen some other videos on the case and it's definitely cheap for a reason. that being said, it's still an amazing budget case.
If it fits a 320mm card then I would definitely go for it tbh
looks great
should try find a way to hook a portable screen up to a small itx case to have a portable desktop to flex on gaming laptops (not very hard already tbh)
Maybe it's just me but that pigtail PSU extension ruined it for me. I guess there will always be comromise but I'd rather prefer it if they place the C14 connector vertically on the bottom right side of the PCIE slots.
Case looks cool, disappointed that deepcool decided against a few centimeters at the from to actually fit larger cards and or do proper cable management. Anyways. I'll keep an eye on it
Clean build!
Devyn, you have become my favorite youtuber. Thx for the builds.
Asrock A620i have 2 m2 slots. Consider this
I would really appreciate if you could do more ITX builds with third-party 4090s because FE are very hard to come by and third-party ones are tricky to fit.
Absolutely none of my favorite ITX cases on youtube are built with Asus/MSI gpus, only FE, which I understand, but 90% of the world can't get their hands on one and it's unrealistic.
@Devyn love you channel and builds. This one in particular. The FE card you managed to squeeze in was 310mm, do you think the MSI 4080 SUPER EXPERT into this case? Specifications says its 312mm in length.
Devyn, do you have plans of checking the Asrock a620i? It seems to be a nice board
Amazing great build
the CH160 is the best "budget?" mini itx case
nooo i cant get it, deepcool is banned :/
Very well balanced mobo with only 1 nvme slot😂, going be a fun time for who ever needs anymore storage then can be provided on 1 slot for memory😅
This case so big...hmm, its look like he can fit mATX motherboard too, not only mini-itx. Do you try put mATX to this big boy?
I prefer full tower PCs that are full of RBG. My PC is a showpiece. The limitations of SFF would infuriate me.
Asrock's A620 ITX board has two NVME slots.
Did you do any undervolting on your cpu? Great build!
i don't like that side i/o but apart from that very good case for good price :D
big lunchbox for big boys
Really liking this case. I'd consider swapping to this case if it had a vented or mesh side panel option. Is there an option or is it only glass?
So sad that I can’t find this case literally anywhere
If your in the US, deepcool products are banned there.
Would love to see liquid cooling in this case.
Another awesome video!!
The only thing I want is a version with no tempered glass
Corsair needs to work out mini Case.
Lost a bit of respect with this review. All other UA-camrs say the build quality of this case is pretty poor. The lack of a push pin design for the panels aswell leaves a lot to be desired. Also that motherboard is very poor quality. If you are looking for an entry am5 itx motherboard, I would go with the Asrock A620i lightning instead. It's a much higher quality board and also provides 2 m.2 slots.
How much to buy that PC from you?
Looks nice. Frankly I don't get putting handles on cases like this since they're still too big to be practical to carry around, in my opinion for a case to be considered portable it has to be around 5 liters in external volume; something like a Velka 3 or other low profile case would fit that criteria nicely.
Handles on small cases are pointless, unless you have noodle arms.
I much prefer handles on larger cases. But, to each their own I guess.
I like the handle because when it comes to cleaning my desk, I can lift the pc with 1 hand haha
@@johnlee3830 That's a cool way to utilize it.
@@misterbear9211 i currently have an o11 dynamic that weights a ton so when it comes to cleaning and vacuuming my desk, or cleaning the pc, it's the worse LOL
Make it water cooled
Is this a good build overall and ill be using this case.
Gigabyte A620I
Rx 6700xt
ryzen 5 7500F
Crucial p3 1tb
Crucial pro ram 32gb
Corsair sf750
ID cooling IS 55
S300 case
Anything I'm missing or needs to be changed? Any input on this build. Thanks
about to make this same pc build but with an nr200p
I really wanna see a 7800x3d and 4080 super in this compared to the hyte revolt 3
What if you used an ATX PSU with the modular cables coming out on it's side, then the cables wouldn't interfere with the GPU at the bottom.
Case need side mesh panel version, waiting ch160v2 😅
Would you recommend the deepcool ak400 for this build? Personally I feel like the 620 is just to bulky as well as going for that digital style too.
What’s the build cost
$1430
Is there any good alternatives to this case that fits identical hardware? It's sold out everywhere I looked. Also, the link to the fans is broken. What types of case fans would be doable?
It should have been support 2cm longer gpu’s. 330mm would be perfect.
And red flags for not buying this case e.g you got a 4080?
Too bad you can't get it anymore......just as i was about to buy one.
Nice video mate 🙌
reminds me of my asus prime case.
