I believe Vib members get 15% as well what drives me crazy is that we spend over $400 to become a Vib member and we don't get anyperk for early shopping over the Insiders overall I feel the Ulta benefits are a lot nicer
I believe in Drunk Elephant skincare. The efficacy is there so I feel it is worth the money. I use the c firma, TLC and Sakura baby facial as well as the b hydra. Great stuff!
I’ve been using the C Firma Day Serum for over a year and a half and my skin loves this product! I don’t necessarily agree with the claim that it can’t be washed/wiped off because I have found that my Murad clarifying toner will remove it. But it does absorb easily into the skin and it has a beautiful brightening effect. I have also found that as a sufferer of some adult acne, this product has dramatically helped calm down the occasional blemishes. As someone that reacts well to this product, I think it is totally worth the splurge!
The kat von d shade and light eye is great! You can do a full look with it very easily but I really like it to make a base look and then go into more interesting color for another palette. Also good to have on hand if you're using a palette that doesn't include good basics.
Yes to the drunk elephant! Both serums are great.. however I think I prefer Sunday Riley Good Genes over the frambose night serum. High quality for both though.. Sephora has a drunk elephant set called “ acid trip” with both serums, the baby facial and I believe the oil for $100 granted they are smaller sizes but still a good way to test them all out!! Happy shopping 😊
20 percent was pretty cheap of Sephora, and now they've lowered it to 15 and 10 percent! I wish more customers would complain or boycott the sale. It's just so crazy how little you save!
I love Drunk Elephant. I have used it consistently for 2 years. Totally worth it. Like everything but the older eye serum. I am over 60 and feel this is helping me slow down aging.
Love the C-firma. It’s similar to the Skinceuticles at half the price. There’s really no need for the TLC if you have the Baby Facial. I’ve used the TLC but found it too harsh and it destroyed my neck. I use retina-a now with less irritation than the TLC. I’ve tried the Baby Facial and it’s on my list for the sale. Can’t wait until 4/20!
I’m sure you have heard about this kit but you may want to pick up the drunk elephant acid trip kit. It’s half size night serum, day serum and baby facial. Along with a mini marula oil. I am picking it up for sure. The night serum is amazing! I have sensitive skin an it is still good on mine. The day serum is pretty good too. It just kind of stinks (hot dog juice).
I love the DE night serum! It keeps me skin so super soft and because I’m so dry, it actually helps my foundation to look smooth and flake free. Definitely a must have for me!
Viseart is so worth it! Lovely to use and someone always complements my makeup . I'm getting some Drunk Elephant this time, still debating due to cost, which one. Thanks for sharing your list.
The Becca setting powder is lovely, I don't use it under my eyes as I am pretty fair and it darkens that area a bit. It works really well all over the face. I'm also a big fan of the baby facial from DE.
I love the DE Glycolic Night Serum. I have very oily acne prone skin at age 40. This product has improved my skin so much. A bit over priced, but overall a good product. Hope you like it!!!!
I like Baby Facial a lot. I do it on Sunday night, and Sunday Riley Good Genes on Wednesday night. My skin has been looking A+ lately and I think that's in no small part to adding these acids to my routine.
I got that Becca powder last week. I’m trying so hard to love it, but I find I’m having my usual powder problems. It’s just too powdery on my skin. I’m going to give it a couple more tries, and hope maybe it’s just my technique that’s bad. I had high hopes!
You can get a lot of use out of the KVD Shade & Light eyeshadow palette, especially when you travel. In a pinch it can be used for brows, contour/highlighter on the face & is just a workhorse of a palette. It has a great black & very opaque white. If you're into more natural looks, or like to contour your eyes more than use color, this palette will serve you well. It's a good companion palette to have for other more colorful or shimmery palettes 👍
This is my fave palette ever for these exact reasons. I can even use a mix of the browns for brow powder. Whenever I need my makeup to look amazing and stay on all day, this is the only palette I think about using
I love my Shade and Light palette! I can trust that when I travel that palette can do it all for me. I have several colorful new palettes but this KVD one is my workhorse.
Hey Lisa!! I bought Becca Hydramist Setting Powder (actually used my 20% at Ulta for this one) and it is amazing!! Feels so cool and refreshing when you put it on. I really do like it and believe it will be perfect for the summer time.
I would suggest u try the Drunk Elephant NightBrite Duo and the Rise + Glow Duo to try out those two products ur interested in. I like them I’m just not entirely sure the full sizes are worth that price point.
Aloha! I used the Vitamin C Serum and it just didn't work for me. Initially I thought it was going to be okay, but within three days I started breaking out for the first time in forever and it was the only thing new I had introduced into my regimen at the time. I tried it again later when I got it in a sub box and again...I broke out. I am trying a few of the others from DE during the sale, which is the new eye product and the Protini! I did get the new Becca powder and I really like it a lot! It reminds me of Perscriptives Magic Powder back in the day! I wouldn't use it for setting my under eye area, but for the face it has been really fantastic! Mahalo for a great video! Aloha!
The Drunk Elephant Firma C serum is the one skincare product that I notice INSTANT results from. My skin looks more plump and glowy right after applying. You will love it!
The Drunk Elephant Framboos is really nice. It has helped remove bumps under my skin overnight! I was amazed. I had this issue for many years and now it’s gone.
I got the KVD shade and light after someone was raving about it. When it arrived I thought ‘ oh it’s kind of boring ‘ but honestly it became a neutral favourite!!!! I can’t wait to see a tutorial from you on it !!!
Thanks for sharing, Lisa. I am also very interested in Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum and I got the chance to try it out in store before the sale. It's the smell that bothers me so much that I decided not to buy it. But then, I will definitely get the Becca Hydramist Setting Powder. When I was in the store, they ran out of it. It sounds so interesting that it has 50% water in the powder form. It's a must try for me.
Sure, I will keep you posted. By the way, I have been enjoying your videos so far. Recently, I am more into those tinted moisturizer or tinted CC cream instead of traditional foundations. Have you tried the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer (illuminating) version?
J Lo has nothing on you! You’re gorgeous! Really enjoy your videos! This will be my first Sephora sale. I’m for sure getting the Soft Glam palette and the Lala cream. Any recs on cream eye shadow? I’m at the crepey eyelid stage of life. 🙄😂
I love so many DE products. Baby facial is on my list for this sale. I use TLC, C-Firma, Protini, Lala, B-Hydra, Shaba eye cream. I’ve noticed such a wonderful difference in my skin since using their line. C-Firma does have a different scent to it but it goes away and isn’t enough to make me stop using it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
How do you like the DE eye serum? I have one from Algenist I’m forcing myself to finish, but I hate it. I have the DE eye serum in my cart, but not sure?
I’ve been using Drunk Elephant for over two years now. Started and stayed using TLC (up until recently), C Firma, marula oil and Lala. Tried everything except the eye creams. I didn’t like protini either. Wasn’t enough for me. The B Hydra was nice under Lala but wasn’t worth it. Got the baby facial after my sample from the Dermstore box. After my last TLC was done I figured hmmm baby facial does the same thing and I want to try a different acid treatment so I’ve replaced that with Sunday Riley Good Genes (which is actually nice). I will say this- I’ve been using it for a long time and it took a bit for me to notice a difference but it does work with time. People have complimented my skin a lot since I started. I’ve recommended DE to friends and family but I always say, give it time. It does work! Lol. I’ll always use C Firma, marula oil and Lala..just changing up my acid treatment from time to time. *not sponsored lol
If you do pick up the Viseart, could you do swatches and an eye look with it so that we can see how it wears? I just love the peaches and purples this spring, and also think they work really well with my green eyes.
What foundation and lip product are you wearing in this video.....ALWAYS beautiful💋....i havent tried the becca powder but every review i have seen so far they have liked it alot😉
I bought the shade and light palette a few months ago and it is one of my most used palettes and I have a lot of palettes because that’s my favorite makeup to buy. The formula is great and it’s so versatile and such a workhorse within my collection.
Hi Lisa! I have to say that your DE products are definitely worth it! I have used the glycolic, C serum and the baby facial. All three have made a difference in my skin and I often get compliments on how bright and young healthy looking it is. I am 38 for reference and some of my friends around the same age have dull looking skin so I do believe these products have changed my skin. My fave is baby facial 👌 it gets the job done! I also have the Becca hydra mist powder on my list 😉
I love the DE TLC gylcolic night serum. However, I wasn’t that impressed with their C Firma serum. Nothing to do with the smell, which isn’t that bad in my opinion. I just didn’t notice any results. I got better results from the timeless vitamin c. I haven’t tried the baby facial but I do use the ordinary version (the red one - 30% aha/bha) and it’s really great. P.s. you DO walk around looking like Cindy Crawford.
I love the DE night serum!! I am on my 3rd bottle. I highly recommend this product for dry super sensitive aging skin. My face hated the Sunday Riley serum, I had a bad rash after only using it once. I use the DE night serum on nights that I don’t use my glam glow flashmud as an exfoliating treatment. I have had great results with this product. Just avoid your brows if you have had them microbladed.
I use both those serums. I use the glycolic every other night, and I use the c firma under makeup every day. I have rosacea, and these products have really cut down my redness. I can't use the glycolic every night because it's very strong. Both work great with the lala moisturizer and the b Hydra gel. I also really like their bar cleanser (the white one, don't remember what it's called).
I really want to try some of the Drunk Elephant products. I hear so many positive things about them from many UA-camrs like yourself, it’s definitely worth trying. The facial sounds nice too! What would you suggest for a first-time purchase (I have normal to dry skin with uneven tones). Thank you...and you are just as beautiful as those celebrities you mentioned. 😘
Susan you are so kind. Thank you... I would start with Lala Retro Whipped Cream... its really good.. and great for dry skin. The baby facial is Amazing! I'm only saying to start with the moisturizer first because I feel its a great introduction to the brand
I love the night serum! I use that with the marula oil each evening. I have seen a huge difference from using it. However, I wasn't crazy about the day serum. It was a little too sticky for me and I didn't see enough of a change for the price.
KVD palette is my HG - love it but you can get the individual refill pans now and you might want to do that instead of paying for an entire palette then only end up using a couple of the shades. Just a thought. Can't wait to hear what you thing about the Becca Hydro Mist Powder!
I LOVE Drunk Elephant. I love Framboos Glycolic Night Serum. I thought I loved TLC BabyFacial when I tried a sample. My skin looked amazing the next morning. Because it’s so expensive, I was waiting for it to come out in a mini and in the meantime, tried other products, including Framboos and the C Serum. Didn’t care for the c serum but oh my gosh, the Framboos made my skin glow! Using it regularly, I noticed once I was able to try BabyFacial again that I didn’t see it making a difference anymore. I honestly think for me, Framboos is enough. It is absolutely AMAZING.
Love the drunk elephant products! Love the C Firma Day Serum, definitely recommend it. Made my skin look bright and wonderful. I’m also going to get the Becca hydra mist to try.... I’ve seen good reviews but I want to see for myself.
I adore many Drunk Elephant products. I love the C-Firma serum. It’s a really potent and stable dose of Vit C. I also adore the Marula oil for evening. It’s super nourishing and lightweight. I’ve been using TLC for a few years now and I do like it. I cycle it with my Good Genes (looking for a new lactic acid treatment to try though) and my retinol. I wish DE had a specific lactic acid treatment in their range. Unfortunately we can’t get the Baby Facial here in Australia, due to restrictions.
Sephora has a great drunk elephant set with .5 oz c firma, .5 oz framboise and deluxe sample of baby facial. It’s a great was to try these products. I’ve used both and liked them both. Also, my understanding is the reservoir effect is something you get with any properly formulated vitamin c serum....
Just an FYI, that Kat Von D palette you showed in an all eye palette, including the larger pans at the top. She has a separate (similar) palette, also called "Shade & Light, for contouring. Both are FANTASTIC!
I was unimpressed with the UD Backtalk Palette and returned it. It went on patchy and the one shimmer shadow was not pigmented. The blushes were pretty and I considered keeping for that reason alone but they weren’t ever going to be holy grail so I decided it wasn’t for me.
I love the KVD Shade and Light palette! I’m really wanting the Soft Glam palette and a Lancôme Matte Shaker but I think I’ll get them at Ulta where they’re offering 20% off and better points perks. I really wish Sephora would do a better sale. I know 15% off is better than nothing but I just think Sephora could do better.
First off, you are prettier than Jennifer Lopez ! Thank you for this video I had forgotten about the kat von d palette I definitely want that too! So I have the hydra powder and omg I can’t even explain how it’s possible but if feels cool and wet! Of course just for that experience alone it wouldn’t be worth the money, but.... the quality is there!!! It’s perfect for my 53 year old skin! It doesn’t look powdery or cakey at all!! I love it!! 😻
You have me wanting to try the Drunk Elephant Baby Facial now! Regarding the C Firma Day Serum (I got it as part of a Drunk Elephant set)...I can’t really speak to how well it works because after trying it several times, I found the smell of it very off-putting and decided I didn’t want to wear it any more. To me, it has kind of a “meaty” smell...kind of like hot dogs. Now I love a good hot dog, but I don’t want to smell like one!
The DE glycolic night serum is one of my favorite skincare products ever, been using it for 2 years. I alternate it with retinol. It’s so good for breakouts too as a spot treatment. I went through a C-firma it wasn’t my favorite because I put it on in the morning, go workout, and felt like I smelt of bacon. It’s a strong smell. I prefer the Timeless CE ferulic serum. I’m planning on trying the DE C mango eye cream, and the protini moisturizer. Makeup-wize I’m considering the Pat McGrath warm bronze mthrshp palette. 👌🏼
I will share a little about Tatcha. I just have the cleansing trial sizes so far. Water cream, cleanser, vitamin c mask. Let me start off saying the packaging is so elegant and beautiful! It only takes a small amount so, this should last me awhile😉(justifying spending a little more than normal), lol.. It has a very light delicate scent, doesn’t leave my skin tight and rinses very clean. Now, granted I am 50 and , have used Oil of Olay and olive oil for years. I just got to a point where I needed a change , so far, love it ! Can’t wait for you to review the Tatcha Primer and products ! 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺
You look beautiful in red!! Thanks for the video 💞 I tried the Drunk elephant night serum and it made my skin purge so I stopped using it. But I love the vitamin c serum!
Lisa I love DE and both serums. I have the "littles" for the day serum but have full size night serum and the baby facial....love, love love. I travel so I am getting another "littles" package tomorrow!!!
Also heads up Canadian girls! If the $100 CAD price tag on the regular Viseart palettes is too daunting? I HIGHLY recommend purchasing the Viseart Petite Pro for a cool $38 CAD! It is the best palette I think I have ever owned :) Happy Sale Shopping!
I was just at Sephora picking up my few items and was wanting to get a sample of the Becca setting powder to try. I've heard both good and bad reviews....some say it makes their make up look darker....can NOT wait to hear your take on it!!
I’ve been using the DE C-Firma for yrs & love. I’m currently looking for another “C”, I’m tired of paying $80 for DE. The TLC Glycolic, my skin didn’t like. The only palettes I own & need to create any eye look are the Kat Von D Shade & Light & a few Visert smaller palettes, love! I want to try the DE Baby Facial you spoke about. The Becca Setting Powder sounds like a winner, let us know. Thanks
I have the glycholic night serum and it is fabulous and the baby facial is absolutely amazing 😉 love your videos and your honesty to the products that you use and review .
I plan to pick up my husband the Replica Jazz Club cologne that he tried via sample and really enjoys. For myself, I am going to splurge on Sunday Riley Good Genes because the mini has already done wonders for my skin in just four days! I picked it up on Sunday, and already see a difference with my skin plumpness and pore size! I will replenish my Drunk Elephant Marula Oil and Tatcha Water Creams while I am there too just because it would be better than paying full-priced next month when I am closer to running out.
I have sooo many of these skin care products and can find skin care routines for day and night. What I can't find is weekly routines, at least not from someone I trust, like you. So many things say only use 2 or 3 times a week or once a week. It's so confusing on which night to do what. I have so much but don't have a good week routine to where there are times I'm afraid I'm doing to much and causing more harm than good. Help..please!
I’m going to get the KVD pallette too! I’m also wanting to try the Drunk Elephant as well, I think I’ll get the kit to check it out. I look forward to hearing what you think of them in a future video😊
Girl the DE TLC Babyfacial is top of my list for the sale! Also, i own the Makeup Revolution dupe for the KVD Shade and Light and I love it. Its called the Ultra Eye Contour Light and Shade and Its like $10.
If you would like to try acids, I recommend the brand Paula's Choice. It has very good formulations and a different products depending on which results you want to achieve and what age you are. Also it is cheaper than Drunk elephant ;)
I went through 3 bottles each of the Drunk Elephant Day Serum and Night Serum and saw zero difference in my skin. I actually saw a significant and immediate difference when I switched to The Ordinary serums.
I am not kidding... I literally was getting ready to message you asking if you had done your picks!!!!!! WHOOOOO HOOO!!!!! My rouge shopping starts today!!! Drunk Elephant Lala retro here I come!
Lala retro, the Shaba eye serum, Marc Jacobs liner in Brownie, Benefit brow in 3, Hourglass ambient lighting powder in Luminous light, hourglass blushes in brilliant nude and mood exposure. Had to get the Lala and Luminous Light because of your recommendations!
The Drunk Elephant Baby Facial is really nice! It’s my first product from Drunk Elephant. I will probably try a few more products by them. I personally need to wash my face no serum C for me. I’m definitely buying the Becca hydrating powder. I appreciate all your feedback 👍🏼
I love the Framboos, the baby facial and vit c from drunk elephant. If you ever need additional info, email Drunk Elephant cause their customer service is great. I’ve inquired about the vit c oxidizing and their packaging is air tight so even though the color changes, it’s still good.
I'm picking up the Viseart palette because I have been wanting to try Viseart for awhile. The feedback on the Hydra Mist powder is mixed. I went ahead and picked it up and I love, love, love it! The feel of it when you apply it is very strange, it feels wet. However the finish is beautiful! I just love it, it has become my go to powder. As the day goes on it looks prettier and prettier. I'm picking up a backup for sure. I watch a UA-camr named Karen, KarenRene Beauty is her channel and she loves it too. I'd highly recommend it.
This is out of the topic. Lisa you have to try the Katy B mineral powder it’s very hydrating and natural it is a really beautiful powder and it doesn’t get Caky. I love it more than the Charlotte Tillberry it blurs more than the Charlotte Tillberry powder in my opinion.
Charity Wrenn -I heard that they have a set of “Littles” that lets you try 9 of their products in travel size. It costs $90. That might be a way to try this line.
loov your channel! May not happen to you, cuz, you Utube....but I have been Rouge for years and spend quite a bit but will also return the fails. After Nov's sale, they sent me an email saying my behavior was indicative of fraud etc. and they could refuse returns at any time....needless to say after spending all that money on goods that I kept, I now buy everything I can find elsewhere at other retailers . I'll be dropping a bit at Ulta and I like the annual sales at other sites-Muse Beauty, Kat VonD, It, Bobbi Brown etc. direct and they often have 25% off. I'm only getting a Beauty blender solid cleanser and a Tom Ford eye blender brush this VIB sale. As for your picks, I tried a sample of the hydro-powder-loved it upon application but it soon sunk into every pore. I love the Viseart Tryst...the formulas of the shimmers in the 9 pan palettes and the Theory palettes is aaaahmayzing! I use The Ordinary AHA/BHA but my skin can handle it so no Sukyari for me lol! Sorry this is so long-winded!
You look beautiful in red! I wasn’t crazy about the Framboos Glycolic, but my skin doesn’t care as much for glycolic. The C Firma was nice...before it oxidized. I have the Tryst palette and love it.
Hi Lisa, thanks for the recommendations. I am going to repurchase the DE Vitamin C, I also use the Babyfacial. I was thinking of trying Sunday Riley Good Genes, as it always seems to get high reviews. I am tempted to buy Two Faced Natural Eye Palette, it looks pretty but I really don’t need it. However, the ND #9 looks like shades I don’t already own. I’m sure once you do a tutorial I’m going to want one, so I might as well get me one now and have it on standby, ha ha. I also like the Nest candle in Moroccan Amber(thanks Stephanie Marie) so will repurchase.
Cathy Dunfee, I am loving the Sunday Riley Good Genes. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks but I am impressed. I bought it in a smaller size in a duo with the night oil and during the sale I’m getting the full sized and saving the smaller for travel.
I saw in an earlier video that you purchased the Natasha Denona mini sunset palette. Is the quality comparable to her others? Some of the reviews said it isn’t. What did you think?
Hi Lovely Lisa, I LOVE your videos! Can you help me please? I've got blue eyes and a medium toned complection (Italian heritage) and I've always worn warm brown liner and shadows. I'm finding the older I get, these often make me look tired and too drab. I was thinking I might try some more cool toned grey colours. (Nothing too dark though) what do you think? I'd like to take advantage of the Sephora sale and get a good quality product (s) that are good for more mature eyes. Liner I can smudge to soften and shadows that will brighten. I would love a recommendation if you have time to respond. Thanks so much!
Hi Maria! Do you have the Tartelette In Bloom palette? It is such a great one and has warm and cool tone colors and everything you need for a complete look. For liners I really love the Urban Decay 24/7 liners ... they are creamy but stay in pace once the set and you can work with them and smudge or soften if you like
Lisa J Thank you for responding Lisa! I don’t have either of those products but I will check them out. I really appreciate your recommendations! 💕 I always look forward to your new videos and I really enjoy how down to earth you are. Keep up the great work!
Hi Lisa, I bought the Kat Von D palette as you mentioned and Love it, I also got the DE night serum as a sample and Love it as well, also the DE TLC, I bought these items along with many other products from Sephora whilst we were over in the US at Xmas Lol, I ended up being a VIP member in the time we were away, I'm hoping my status can be transferred over to our closest Sephora store here in Queensland Australia 🇦🇺, I'm going to re purchase the DE night serum in the larger size, but I have to alternate between using my Vitamin A cream and the Serum, can you recommend a good primer for older skin, I'm 58 years young and I'm finding that any primer I use it starts to make my makeup cake especially around my cheek area and jaw line, would very much value your input on this. Much Love from Nellie from Queensland Australia 🇦🇺, oh by the way Love your makeup. 💖💖, its 2.45am Friday the 13th here down under Lol 😂
Hi Nellie! I really like Hourglass Mineral Veil. Its very light and gives my foundation and smooth texture to apply to. I use less foundation when I use it and it stays in place and I don;t need to touch up it as often if Ive used the primer that day
I have the drunk elephant c Firma...I THINK I like it haha. I have heard so many ppl complaining that the color of it is sorta yellow to begin with. It really doesn’t bother me though! Drunk elephant will provide you with the date its good till if you email them! I recently watched glitzy Fritzy on UA-cam...she did a FULL video on all the DE products which I found SO interesting and kinda concerning...her skin was worse AFTER 6 mo of using all DE products....😬...so that scared me a little. But personally, so far every product I’ve tried by them I like!
melissa mitchell The Drunk Elephant C Firma is yellow/Amber in colour because of the pumpkin and papaya extract in the product. If it turns a dark orange, then it has oxidized.
I believe Vib members get 15% as well what drives me crazy is that we spend over $400 to become a Vib member and we don't get anyperk for early shopping over the Insiders overall I feel the Ulta benefits are a lot nicer
It would be nice to get points that can be redeemed towards purchases like Ulta. :)
Thank you so much for being brunette-ish, in your 30s, and honest with your techniques and reviews! It's so refreshing and I love watching.
Awww thank you so much Shannon!
Thank you Bethany! That's great to know!
I’m definitely getting the Becca powder too! Want me to send you my UD Backtalk palette to try? It was in my March faves and fails. 😆
The kat von d shade and light eye is great! You can do a full look with it very easily but I really like it to make a base look and then go into more interesting color for another palette. Also good to have on hand if you're using a palette that doesn't include good basics.
So good to know! Thank you so much Kris :)
C Firm a Day serum & Sunday Riley Good Genes is my holy grail duo, athough i am going try the new Tart acid in place of Sunday Riley.
20 percent was pretty cheap of Sephora, and now they've lowered it to 15 and 10 percent! I wish more customers would complain or boycott the sale. It's just so crazy how little you save!
Also enjoyed the C Firma, but it did oxidize when I was only half way through the product!
I love Drunk Elephant. I have used it consistently for 2 years. Totally worth it. Like everything but the older eye serum. I am over 60 and feel this is helping me slow down aging.
That’s great to hear! Thank you so much!
Oh my gosh! You’re a genius! I wasn’t thinking of their kits! Thank you!
I love the DE night serum! It keeps me skin so super soft and because I’m so dry, it actually helps my foundation to look smooth and flake free. Definitely a must have for me!
So glad you’re loving it, Lauren! Such a good tip! Thank you :)
Thank you Jennifer! So glad it works so well! Thanks for the tip :)
I like Baby Facial a lot. I do it on Sunday night, and Sunday Riley Good Genes on Wednesday night. My skin has been looking A+ lately and I think that's in no small part to adding these acids to my routine.
So good to know! Thanks Amber :)
Love your eye makeup in the video. Can you do a tutorial?
I looooove Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum.. i will definetly will buy it again.. in the autumn i think
This is so great to hear! Thanks for the tips :)
So good to hear! Thank you so much :)
I would suggest u try the Drunk Elephant NightBrite Duo and the Rise + Glow Duo to try out those two products ur interested in. I like them I’m just not entirely sure the full sizes are worth that price point.
Good to know! Trial sizes are always a great way to test :)
So good to know! Thank you so much :)
The Drunk Elephant Framboos is really nice. It has helped remove bumps under my skin overnight! I was amazed. I had this issue for many years and now it’s gone.
So good to hear Kellye! Thanks for sharing :)
Love your eye shadow look! So pretty!! What shadows are you wearing??
I got the KVD shade and light after someone was raving about it. When it arrived I thought ‘ oh it’s kind of boring ‘ but honestly it became a neutral favourite!!!! I can’t wait to see a tutorial from you on it !!!
So good to hear Heidi! Will keep a tutorial in mind :)
Appreciate it Lisa. You have become one of my favorite go-to you tubers! Love your eye makeup today too.
Awww thank you so much Katy! :)
Good to know! Many people are saying the same thing about the smell! Let me know how the setting powder works!
Sure, I will keep you posted. By the way, I have been enjoying your videos so far. Recently, I am more into those tinted moisturizer or tinted CC cream instead of traditional foundations. Have you tried the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer (illuminating) version?
Hi Lisa, I've been dying to try the Viseart Tryst palette as well. I'm going to pick up the Becca powder as well. Love watching you lady! hugs xoxo
Thanks so much Melissa! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts :)
J Lo has nothing on you! You’re gorgeous! Really enjoy your videos! This will be my first Sephora sale. I’m for sure getting the Soft Glam palette and the Lala cream. Any recs on cream eye shadow? I’m at the crepey eyelid stage of life. 🙄😂
Robyn you are way too kind! :) Thank you! xoxox Have you tried any of Bobbi Brown or Laura Merciers caviar stick? I like them both
Lisa J I have not! I’ll check em out! Thanks!
Good to know! Thank you Kelli! So many of you have said the same about the smell!
How do you like the DE eye serum? I have one from Algenist I’m forcing myself to finish, but I hate it. I have the DE eye serum in my cart, but not sure?
Laura Martinez So far so good. It’s still too soon to really notice any major differences but my skin loves their products.
Ohh and I always say this - skincare is like working out. You’re not going to see results right away. You have to stay consistent and committed.
Sooo true! Consistency is key for sure with skin care. Thank you for all the info! :)
The drunk elephant baby facial product totally rocks, I have been using that with my curology cream and it works like a charm.
So good to hear! Thank you :)
The Diorshow triple 3-D lash primer has been in my basket since you recommended it…really nice video! You look so pretty in red.
Thank you Tami! Please tell me what you think when you get it. Its LIFE CHANGING!!!
I bought the shade and light palette a few months ago and it is one of my most used palettes and I have a lot of palettes because that’s my favorite makeup to buy. The formula is great and it’s so versatile and such a workhorse within my collection.
Oh so good to hear! Thank you :)
So great to hear!! Sounds like amazing results! Thank you so much!
When you get the KVD palette, please do a review.
Will you you know if I do! Thanks Terry!
I most try baby facial! I’m also very curious about the UD Backtalk. Thank you!!!
Thanks Yel! Let me know if you try them :)
Wow! Thanks for the tip Shauna! Especially about the brows!
Oh so good to know! I’m loving all these tips and testimonials! Thanks so much :)
Lisa J Sounds good! Thanks Lisa! xo
I love the Baby Facial, as for the Gycolic n Vitamin C I hav found far cheaper ones that work jus as good!!!!
Good to know! Thank you Angelina :)
You're so gorgeous ❤️! Love you 😘💋
I love the night serum! I use that with the marula oil each evening. I have seen a huge difference from using it. However, I wasn't crazy about the day serum. It was a little too sticky for me and I didn't see enough of a change for the price.
Good to know! Glad you love the IG our serum! Thanks Carolyn! :)
KVD palette is my HG - love it but you can get the individual refill pans now and you might want to do that instead of paying for an entire palette then only end up using a couple of the shades. Just a thought. Can't wait to hear what you thing about the Becca Hydro Mist Powder!
Oh that’s so good to know! Will update you all on the hydro mist!
Thanks so much for the feedback Jeni, good to know! :)
I would LOVE to see an eye makeup tutorial on the Natasha denona #9 palette! It’s gorgeous!
Thanks Melissa! Will keep that in mind! :)
Love the drunk elephant products! Love the C Firma Day Serum, definitely recommend it. Made my skin look bright and wonderful. I’m also going to get the Becca hydra mist to try.... I’ve seen good reviews but I want to see for myself.
So good to hear, so many people are raving about them! Thanks Tiffany!
Oh well that’s a bummer! But I’m glad you like everything else! Thanks :)
Thank you!
Just an FYI, that Kat Von D palette you showed in an all eye palette, including the larger pans at the top. She has a separate (similar) palette, also called "Shade & Light, for contouring. Both are FANTASTIC!
So good to know! Thank you Vanessa! :)
I was unimpressed with the UD Backtalk Palette and returned it. It went on patchy and the one shimmer shadow was not pigmented. The blushes were pretty and I considered keeping for that reason alone but they weren’t ever going to be holy grail so I decided it wasn’t for me.
Good to know! Thanks for the feedback Jenny!
I love it!! 😻
Lol, thank you Brenda! So good to hear about the hydra powder :)
Oh my gosh that is so good to know! Someone else said the same thing , thank you!
A few other people have said the same about the smell! Good to know! Thanks Claire!
Good to know That I wasn't the only one who thought it smelled like bacon!
Thank you so much Michelle for the review! Awesome! Can’t wait :)
Lisa J 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺
I bought the Glycolic Night serum and my husband noticed a difference within a week.
Oh that’s awesome! Thanks for letting me know :)
SOLD 🤣
You look beautiful in red!! Thanks for the video 💞 I tried the Drunk elephant night serum and it made my skin purge so I stopped using it. But I love the vitamin c serum!
Oh good to know! Thanks Christine! So happy that you love the vitamin c serum!
Lisa I love DE and both serums. I have the "littles" for the day serum but have full size night serum and the baby facial....love, love love. I travel so I am getting another "littles" package tomorrow!!!
Thanks Dianna! The littles sound perfect for traveling!
DE C-firma awesome love this
I can't wait for this sale! Thanks for showing us your picks!
Thank you so much! Let me know what you get :)
Lisa J Definitely! Thanks so much
Also heads up Canadian girls! If the $100 CAD price tag on the regular Viseart palettes is too daunting? I HIGHLY recommend purchasing the Viseart Petite Pro for a cool $38 CAD! It is the best palette I think I have ever owned :) Happy Sale Shopping!
Thanks for the tip! :)
I was just at Sephora picking up my few items and was wanting to get a sample of the Becca setting powder to try. I've heard both good and bad reviews....some say it makes their make up look darker....can NOT wait to hear your take on it!!
Will definitely let you know Donna! Let me know if you try it!
Will do Lisa! Completely forgot to pick up a sample...going back tomorrow to get one.....and probably buy a few more things! ha! Like I need more :)
Thanks
Will definitely let you know! Thank you Carol :)
I have the glycholic night serum and it is fabulous and the baby facial is absolutely amazing 😉 love your videos and your honesty to the products that you use and review .
Aww thank you so much! So glad you’re loving the products and the videos!
I have that Natasha Denona palette and it's super pretty!!!
Thanks Julie! Glad to know you love it :)
Sounds like you’re getting a lot of great stuff! I tend to stock up as well!
Love drunk elephant products!
Thanks Sonia! So happy you love them!
Thanks Yvonne! Will keep those in mind for a future video :)
Off topic but what do you use to edit your videos? I am just starting a youtube channel and notice before you have inserted pictures so I was curious.
Girl the DE TLC Babyfacial is top of my list for the sale! Also, i own the Makeup Revolution dupe for the KVD Shade and Light and I love it. Its called the Ultra Eye Contour Light and Shade and Its like $10.
Thanks Jessica! Sounds great and will need to check it out :)
I love all of the drunk elephant items they work really good on my oily skin
Good to know they work for oily skin! Thanks Mindy :)
If you would like to try acids, I recommend the brand Paula's Choice. It has very good formulations and a different products depending on which results you want to achieve and what age you are. Also it is cheaper than Drunk elephant ;)
So good to know, will need to look into it! Thank you :)
I went through 3 bottles each of the Drunk Elephant Day Serum and Night Serum and saw zero difference in my skin. I actually saw a significant and immediate difference when I switched to The Ordinary serums.
Thanks Tina! I have heard good things about the Ordinary products, good to know! glad you found something that works for you
U should try the new de set for $100 before discount. It's got all three of those products in it :) then get the full size facial too
Thanks for the tip Nicole :) Will have to check it out!
I am not kidding... I literally was getting ready to message you asking if you had done your picks!!!!!! WHOOOOO HOOO!!!!! My rouge shopping starts today!!! Drunk Elephant Lala retro here I come!
Hey friend!! What did you pick up?
Thank you so much! Let me know what you think about the powder :)
Lisa J I will! My ordered already shipped and I’m anxious to use the powder! 👍🏼
I love the Framboos, the baby facial and vit c from drunk elephant. If you ever need additional info, email Drunk Elephant cause their customer service is great. I’ve inquired about the vit c oxidizing and their packaging is air tight so even though the color changes, it’s still good.
Thanks Suzi and thanks for the tip! So good to know :)
Suzi Schwabe thank you for posting this! I have put off buying this because I was worried about the same thing. I think I'm going to buy it now. :)
Tia Greene I hope it works out for you! Have a great week❤️❤️
Thanks so much Beth for the tip! So good to know :)
Lisa J I'm interested to see what you think!
This is out of the topic. Lisa you have to try the Katy B mineral powder it’s very hydrating and natural it is a really beautiful powder and it doesn’t get Caky. I love it more than the Charlotte Tillberry it
blurs more than the Charlotte Tillberry powder in my opinion.
Thank you Alexandra! Katy B Mineral powder.. ok going to check it out!
I have been wanting to try some DE products, still not sure which to start with, DECISIONS! Lol
Lol, thanks Charity! Let me know if you try any!
Charity Wrenn -I heard that they have a set of “Littles” that lets you try 9 of their products in travel size. It costs $90. That might be a way to try this line.
Ginny Burley thanks so much! That's a great idea.
I bought the powder today on my lunch break, I’m trying it in the morning 💋
Awesome! Let me know what you think!!
Lisa J love it!! It’s so cool to the face and feels kinda wee when you put it on but feels great on my mature skin! Highly recommend
loov your channel!
Thanks Amber! Ok that’s good to know.. you know your skincare so maybe I’ll pass
How can you tell it ? My came new orange.
Cynthia Van Camp mine turned very dark orange fairly quickly. A light orange is typically ok
I bought it in a smaller size in a duo with the night oil and during the sale I’m getting the full sized and saving the smaller for travel.
lmk4, thanks for letting me know and that’s great that you notice results in less than two weeks. May I ask if you use this am or pm or both?
I really need to try Sunday Riley!
I'm hooked on Good Genes every other night or so and bought the large last sale and it's about 1/4 done.
Cathy Dunfee , I use the oil at night and Good Genes in the morning under moisturizer etc.
hello pretty, please make a video with that Natasha Denona eyeshadow palette, I would love to know if is pretty! thank you.
Thanks Diana! Will keep that in mind :)
I saw in an earlier video that you purchased the Natasha Denona mini sunset palette. Is the quality comparable to her others? Some of the reviews said it isn’t. What did you think?
It did not seem as rich as her others. That's so odd, but yes I heard some similar reviews.
Lisa J thank you! That’s too bad but I really appreciate the info.
Lisa, what kind of primer do you recommend?
I use less foundation when I use it and it stays in place and I don;t need to touch up it as often if Ive used the primer that day
I love your personality and channel greetings from Spain
Thank you so much Alicia :)
That’s great to know!!! Thank you!
