I sure wish I could this first thing in the morning, but my work day starts crazy early and I've got to walk my dog before work. so I do the yoga after work and it's a great transition between the two parts of my day. thank you Erin!

Love your class, only my knees hurt in table position, so İ have to put some extra towel underneath them. Anyone else this experience?

...and happy again, can't believe how well your practices make me feel. Also practice pilates, but I am always, on a lesser day, return to you. Everyday practice brings so much profit, even when it takes just a few minutes of my day 🥰.
Could you do one for people with shoulder pain or upper back pain??
Day two is about shoulders

Shouldn't we Exhale throw the mouth ? .. cause i don't feel so comfy Exhaling throw the Nose ..
it's typical to inhale & exhale through the nose in yoga, but if you exhale through the mouth instead, that's OK too :)
