Thats the biggest reason. When you're already feeling low like you have little worth as soon as a small and thing happens to you it just crushes you because you have no comfort or self worth
1 lack of sleep 2 stressed or overwhelmed 3 unbalanced or unhealthy diet 4 being dehydrated 5 growing body 6 too much exercise 7 heat or sickness if you are chronically tired go see a doctor!!❤️
I am stressed because of the overwhelming tasks and responsibilities but I am too tired to get them done.. So I ended up procrastinating and rest, but then I got stressed even more. :”)
One more point: Not having fun can also make you tired. Don't hold back and do what you want to do. Accomplish small goals daily in life and you will be filled with energy.
@@odessawales wow I wrote that 10 months ago and I myself are trying to remember my thought process of writing that. Im on your side wondering 'how' aswell 😂

Me, watching this video at midnight, always being stressed, eating junk food all the time, never drinking water, still growing, and living in Florida: *oh*
When I was younger, I didn't feel the difference between eating healthy and unhealthy physically strength-wise. Now that I'm in my mid 30's, my body can definitely tell when I'm eating healthy or not.
The only reason why I clicked on this video was because of the thumbnail, STEVEN UNIVERSE! Dang that was my childhood. Anyways, I will gladly watch this video and take it in my knowledge.
After a certain point I realized i wasn't tired. I wasn't feeling anything from anything that should or used to make me feel good. Working out went from a great love of mine to just an activity that made me feel hot and ill. Music went from meaningful and catchy to a cacophany of unpleasant noise. I wasn't delaying working on projects out of laziness but because every time I tackled them, it ended poorly from the haziness of my mind. I couldn't write a 4 sentence paragraph without my mind forgetting what those 4 sentences even were and what topics i had written about. And so my mind couldn't let go of them. Each sentence lingered as another alarm. Another stressor. I would write an essay and the end product was just a scrambled wall of text to me - less comprehensible than an article on quantum physics or something. I had no idea what I had written about.
@@ishouldbesleepingrightnow i think the only thing i honestly came to terms with after a lot of psychiatry was that sometimes it's not your body or your mind that's screwed up, but your surroundings. When your social interactions are negative or parasitic on you. Though i haven't managed to fix that environment yet, so i can't say for sure.
I understand you... I came to a point where I decided, for my health and inner peace, to distance myself and reduce my interactions to those that are worthwhile and resonate with the point in life where you are. This is partly how, with more peace of mind, I have been able to focus on other, more important priorities and on various aspects of my life.@@nobodyimportant4778
I’m surprised this video doesn’t mention low, thyroid function or low adrenal function. For the prior mentioned, you can get a normal TSH level when getting tested, and still have low thyroid function. I also am surprised they didn’t mention overuse of caffeine, which leads to pour adrenal function.
Thank you, for the useful content! 🙏 It is very important to be aware of your sleep quality and the food you eat. I am still struggling to have a good sleep routine, but i can share from my experience that if i go to sleep too late on the whole next day i feel exhausted and also it affects my emotions and i am becoming more impulsive. I would suggest to everybody who find himself in any of the 7 reasons to try meditation, because it really helps to become more aware of and understand yourself and how your body feels, then you can begin to change what is unhealthy for you step by step. ✌️
i go to the gym 5 days a week lifting weights, have a perfectly healthy balanced diet, most of the days i sleep at 1 am and wake up at like 8:30 to 9 am in the morning feeling fresh and great, but there's some days where i feel like absolute shit, iam tired as hell and sleepy all day long
I want to do things. Deep down, I have so much motivation. However, my body has zero gas to get it done. Full blood work shows little to nothing wrong except low test but I'm only 35.
One that doesent get talked about nearly enough is the lack of fulfillment in one's life. Feeling like you'll never reach the point of life you strive to get to but never getting there.
its one of these 3 for me: stress-homework heat-im always inside too much cause of you know what so i have opened the window and its cold outside or sick, i hope im not sick
I literally never take naps but im taking them every day now for hours :( I'm not waking up too early or staying up too late either. It might be the stress idk.. Its testing season. Idrk :( It might be me and my fat ass self eating too much or smth
As someone with moderate depression and anxiety, as well as a bad diet and severe social anxiety- good to know. I’m probably not gonna do anything tho lol 😂
These are all great suggestions but they don't address the underlying cause of the majority of chronic fatigue cases. The best thing that most people can do for their energy is to lower blood insulin levels. High insulin is usually caused by a combination of insulin resistance and excessive sugar/carbohydrate intake. Keeping total sugar/carbohydrate intake under 30g per meal will go a long way toward eliminating insulin resistance and should help with chronic fatigue.

Your life’s meaning is not only unique to you, it also depends on your decisions and situations. When Frankl was forced to work by the Nazi guards, barefoot, across icy rocks; he imagined his wife's face up in the clouds; and found bliss in this moment of love. ❤ Lesson 3: Try to force your fears to come true to make them go away. 🙏 To gain a sense of control over our own life we can focus on our internal state of mind, instead of external factors. If you’re afraid of sometimes stuttering in front of your friends, you should do exactly what you’re afraid of. You’ll notice that, as soon as you try to force it to happen, it won’t work, and eventually lose your fear of stuttering in front of your friends altogether.

I had a feeling it was because of exercise. Yesterday it felt like I was overtraining myself with all that cardio I did then I went to do other exercises for hours after that.

Part of having a healthy diet is drinking the necessary amount of water so that you don't be thirsty. 4. growing body? 5. What is anemia?
