The main task when building a mini-camper is how to fit everything you need in a limited space. Often this applies to the table, even folding options need to be hidden somewhere or fixed at the time of movement or sleep.
The main idea of ​​the idea is clear from the video. In my case, it turned out that a table 60 cm long fits in a 37 cm deep cabinet.
In the process of building a test sample, I discovered several points that must be taken into account in order to obtain greater rigidity and stability.
- It is better to attach the main guides not to the corners of the bottom of the shelf, but to the solid side walls of the furniture, so that there is no possibility of twisting and any movement at all. This must be done first of all and then adjust all dimensions to these guides.
- Twist the second guides for the sliding table with the first guides with the maximum number of bolts. In the place of twisting, insert the corners for the table top and screw the latter, also sparing no screws, in order to get the most rigid structure.
- Making the table as wide as possible will minimize the effect of diagonal offset. It is possible that with a large width, one pull-out unit will be enough.

Согласен, чем проще, тем выше надежность. Но пока собирал этот вариант, стали понятны слабые места их вполне можно обойти.
В данном случае просто концепция, собирал из самого дешевого и подручного материала)))
Направляющие, которые по вашей ссылке, держат меньшую нагрузку, не фиксируются относительно друг друга и там пластиковые колесики на металлических валах. Даже на обычном кухонном столе такие колесики стираются очень быстро и ящик плохо выезжает.
