Agree. I definitely see the appeal of on-screen bad boy or antihero types, but it's not as cut and dry as bad = interesting, good = bland. Steve Rogers has a lot of layers to him and he's been through and going through a lot. It's nice seeing a character who tries to do the right thing and has a moral compass and isn't written as snarky or selfish just for entertainment value, not to take anything away from other characters. It is pretty weird not seeing Chris like a Golden Retriever. But don't take this for being rude or unfriendly, he still is so polite and kind. He just seems pretty tired and exhausted and of course, he also has got calmer moments. It is just more authentic than giggling and jumping around 24/7. Which is such a lovely part about him, but the thing is that he is very authentic and so when he is funny and in a good mood (like for 98% percent), he is it for genuine and that is beautiful. So very sympathetic to also see him calmer and in an exhausted mood which is nothing but human.
He’s so tense in this interview from the start 😩 I love his bubbly self , but either someone said something he didn’t like off camera or he’s was just exhausted

Another interview someone asked him about it and he said something similar to "There's no big secret. You just pick up a lot of heavy things and put 'em back down." 😂 God, I love that man. 😍

Why do some people think being a good person makes you boring? Chris Evans' Cap is far from boring, he is inspiring! He shows that you don't have to be a "do-gooder" you can just do good. Hope that make sense. Chris' portrayal of Cap makes him my favorite superhero in the MCU. He is like Jack from This Is Us someone I enjoy watching just being a good man.
These are great questions! Much more thoughtful and analytical then most of the interviews he's been doing. It's nice to know Chris has a deep respect for the character of Steve Rogers.
I recall him in another interview where at the end of the interview he thanked the interviewer for not asking him about his workout routine. Not asking how many push-ups he can do etc.
Yeah..I feel bad for these casts is that they have to travel all over the world and do presses. I think that's why I think he looks so worn out and tired.
+Matt Dargis yeah but think about it he's probably done 100 of these before this one and had to answer the same questions over and over. I think it would drain me.
Damn. The first few seconds of this video he's looking at this interviewer almost like he wants to kill her, but with a glimmer of despair in his eyes. He was probably just exhausted from the non-stop press he's had to do all over the world for the last few weeks, being asked the same questions over and over again, while not being able to say much about the movie anyway.
What I got about Captain America was that he was lost, lonely, and sad. He was a man out of time and it’s seems no one he was around him cared about his well being but Sam and Natasha. Then he realized Bucky was alive, Cap fought so hard to hold on to all he ever knew.
+obsidiana07 after watching the interview, actually my problem wasn't the questions at all, it was more of the way the interviewer asked them; it was so cringey to watch, she sounded so fake...
She was a great interviewer! As for Chris, I totally get it. I have horrible jet lag even going to England, which is only 5 hours ahead of my time zone, so going to Singapore would probably knock me off my ass for at least 3 full days!
No wonder teachers are so worn out and tired. This is a very good example of it. You are asked the same question over and over all throughout the day and you just feel exhausted at the end of it because it's the same thing every freakin' time.
This side of him i think really resemble steve rogers, i like seeing him joke around and laughing but this serious side and still being civil even when he's tired is interesting too.
Chris is so ARTICULATE & gets very DEEP in interviews SO HOT. SEXY. HANDSOME. ATTRACTIVE & has alot of POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES so, why is he still SINGLE?!? its mindblowing!!
Thank you so much❤. For Your wonderful comment and likes , your support is what keeps me going so in return I've decided to give something back to my fans by setting up an interactive community and I would love for you to join. It will make me happy 😊.
Damn, I think sometimes we can really fail as movie viewers to appreciate the hard work that actors do to put these movies together. They may make it look sooo easy but in reality they're going through hell while they are ACTING to not feel that way at all. So I think for interviewing actors we should consider their pleasures rather than our own. Because damn, poor Chris Evans looks so miserable having to answer some of these questions and he looks like he really doesn't want to be there right now. :/ Just my opinion though.
He looks so burnt out in this interview, like hes flown all over the world, and this is his 12 country in 12 days and his 500th interview asking the same questions. he did a good job considering.
The moments when his chin is slightly lowered, his eyes narrowed slightly and his eyes are directed, as if from a frown, and all this with a barely noticeable smile makes him too hot, dangerous and beautiful. I do not know why, damn it.
Am I the only who realized that when Chris are with some friend, he looks like more... Happy and energetic? And when he's alone looks like... More serious
Thank you so much❤. For Your wonderful comment and likes , your support is what keeps me going so in return I've decided to give something back to my fans by setting up an interactive community and I would love for you to join. It will make me happy 😊.
I think so too. A bit insensitively straight-forward. Like you can see Evans is a bit disheartened, asking “is that what they said..?” “Is that what you’re hearing..?” Like, he’s worked night and day dedicated his time and energy in sweat and blood to make his character brought to life and interesting
@Joel Miller After TWS he’s not ‘boring’ anymore (at least to mass of people). Whedon made him boring in Avengers 1 (and arguably, AoU, as long as it’s Whedon being his director).

These are great questions! Much more thoughtful and analytical then most of the interviews he's been doing. It's nice to know Chris has a deep respect for the character of Steve Rogers.
Awww my baby, he's so tired and yet he tries a lot to be cool and fun..
Whole new respect for Mr. Evans after seeing this
She really isn't listening to him, shes just waiting to ask her next question...
This man is the pinnacle of beauty both inside and out ❤️
I recall him in another interview where at the end of the interview he thanked the interviewer for not asking him about his workout routine. Not asking how many push-ups he can do etc.
Yeah..I feel bad for these casts is that they have to travel all over the world and do presses. I think that's why I think he looks so worn out and tired.
+kyaw03 They get payed millions to do it. It's part of the job.
+Matt Dargis yeah but think about it he's probably done 100 of these before this one and had to answer the same questions over and over. I think it would drain me.
+Matt Dargis Doesn't mean that after many hours and countries asking the same shit they have to like it. It's the shit part of the job.
@@dargis49 y’all always give that same “they make millions” excuse, bro just let us sympathize
poor bubba seems tired. :( i love him so much tho ,, i wanna hug him ! he's the biggest sweetheart i swear
They both nailed it on that last question. Chris Evans just "gets" Cap on such a deep level.
What I got about Captain America was that he was lost, lonely, and sad. He was a man out of time and it’s seems no one he was around him cared about his well being but Sam and Natasha. Then he realized Bucky was alive, Cap fought so hard to hold on to all he ever knew.
Love you Chris Evans handsome Bautiful sweetheart man baby Chris Evans
All these people criticizing her for her questions. Why don't you become interviewers and ask the better questions then?
+obsidiana07 after watching the interview, actually my problem wasn't the questions at all, it was more of the way the interviewer asked them; it was so cringey to watch, she sounded so fake...
I wish...id show her
obsidiana07 because its always easier to criticize
She was a great interviewer! As for Chris, I totally get it. I have horrible jet lag even going to England, which is only 5 hours ahead of my time zone, so going to Singapore would probably knock me off my ass for at least 3 full days!
Captain is not a bland character. What tf is wrong with people.
vgaur - yea he is, thats why russos did their best to make him interesting and not one-dimensional
When Chris is bored, do something, interviewer. I'd have dozens of ideas how to make it more fun for him...
Before i had no contact with Crhis Evans from before, but today i am happy to follow him
Can i say that a not laughing and not joking around chris is really intimidating and kinda scary?
He seems really tired. I wanna give him a hug!! 😫😫❤️
I wish I could talk to him, guy to guy and since we're both emotional we would get more deep and be easy to talk too.
Personally Captain America is not boring. What i like about him most he is not afraid to be politically incorrect,he is his own man so to speak.
Although Chris is tired of all these he gives perfect answers...and the lady is perfect in her job....
Chris is so ARTICULATE & gets very DEEP in interviews
SO HOT. SEXY. HANDSOME. ATTRACTIVE & has alot of POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES
so, why is he still SINGLE?!? its mindblowing!!

I liked these questions esp the last one. One of the better interviews I've watched from the Civil War press tour👍
ohh cmon ms. interviewer, those kind of questions are already asked n the answers is everywhere! ask something fun, n not those boring stuff.
I do -as much as the next guy- love the funny interviews, but these kinds of interviews, which are more profound and honest, are so great as well!
Her Captain America necklace LOL
He looks so burnt out in this interview, like hes flown all over the world, and this is his 12 country in 12 days and his 500th interview asking the same questions.
he did a good job considering.
The moments when his chin is slightly lowered, his eyes narrowed slightly and his eyes are directed, as if from a frown, and all this with a barely noticeable smile makes him too hot, dangerous and beautiful. I do not know why, damn it.
during the first question the interviewer was so excited and Chris is just so tired i guess
It's good to see that there are actors that see the value in their job, beyond the obvious monetary value.
Am I the only who realized that when Chris are with some friend, he looks like more... Happy and energetic? And when he's alone looks like... More serious
dude he literally straight up said he didn't want to share his answer to the question and she just asks it again with different wording
I realise she's wearing a captain america necklace Ahha nice
he may be tired but he is aLwAyS hot
Not that optimism is bad or anything, but the inerviewers over happiness creeps me out
I think she was trying to cheer him up
When Chris is tired he becomes Steve
Hyper Gamer yesss
lol
he looks so tired must be really hard to answer the same questions a hundred times. loved all his answers, he seems to be a simple and smart man
His gemini side is off. His scorpio side is what we see onscreen now. Lol

Why I didn't saw any interview with Evans on A:IW? He is so good with the interview, love his answers here.
That "boring question" was quite rude 😒 you can tell by his look 😔
L M shut up nigga its fax. thats why the russos went in the direction they did in TWS and CW.
I think so too. A bit insensitively straight-forward. Like you can see Evans is a bit disheartened, asking “is that what they said..?” “Is that what you’re hearing..?”
Like, he’s worked night and day dedicated his time and energy in sweat and blood to make his character brought to life and interesting
@Joel Miller After TWS he’s not ‘boring’ anymore (at least to mass of people). Whedon made him boring in Avengers 1 (and arguably, AoU, as long as it’s Whedon being his director).
It's funny because when she talked about pranks and fun , she said Anthony Mackie 😂
lock screen, home screen and widgets material right there
