I hear ya. I was diagnosed with CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia which can be hard and cause depression as well, dealing with pain and fatigue and trying to fake being well. It’s overwhelming at times.
People who haven't experienced chronic illness really don't understand the toll it takes on you mentally and emotionally. It's all so much. You really hit the mail on the head. Be well friend!!!
I get it. There are some days it is too much. Other days are OK. Having to deal with chronic illness is a lonely road. Many do not understand at all not even the doctors and nurses who treat the disease(s). Tears come when least expected and for no clear reason. One foot in front of the other keeps me going some days. Other days I just want to sit. Thank you for speaking out.
You described this so perfectly. People just don't get how lonely it feels to have chronic illness. And the fact that so many doctors don't work with us very well makes it so much worse. I'm lucky to have a good one, butbits still so hard. I'm so glad you're here! Thank you for commenting!
You need the time for yourself, and you do not have to give us any reason. Hang in there sister! P.S. I am also chronically ill for the last 15+ years. I can feel ya!
Thank you for this! I have really had so much time during COVID, and this beast still rears its ugly head! I'm glad you found my channel, we chronically ill folks need to support each other! :-)
@@ChronicallyBeautifILL Exactly! I have been blogging about chronic illness for a long time, but recently I shifted my UA-cam channel and dedicating it to speak up more about this issue. You have beautiful content. Keep up the good work!
It made me really happy to see you post something this nice. You always try and help everyone else and I'm so glad that you're helping yourself too. I love you and hope you're doing good. 🥰
I understand because I’m in the same situation always unhappy and not having any clarity of my personal giants in my daily life. Thank you so much for your testimonial video you had lot of courage doing this, that being said I will look for support for myself . In short I stumble to your UA-cam video at 4am. I believe this was not a coincidence, an event that just happen.
I'm so glad you found me! I am a strong believer that very few things just "happen"! Im so glad to hear that you feel string enough to get some extra support. Please keep me posted on your journey!! You've got this!
Thank you for the video, it is very helpful. I relate alot and I really understand what you mean about cymbalta (it's horrible). Did lexapro help for fatigue? You have a new subscriber and keep up the awesome work. Best of health to you..
I'm so glad we found each other!! Lexapro has made such a huge difference for me in every way! I have more motivation and energy and fewer head and stomach aches. I also follow a pretty strict regime with my supplements other meds and stuff too along with a GF diet. Lots of factors that all help for sure!
@@ChronicallyBeautifILL Likewise and I'm glad to hear that. My stomach also goes out of wach when I'm stressed/anxious. I have to find the right combination of things to get better and I feel more hopeful after hearing your story. Thanks again for all the help/tips.
You are so brave! I hope this inspires others to seek help, speak up and reach out. Love you!
