I have seen that video before and it is interesting and also amusing too. Just a point regards to the insurance. The DVSA have no way of telling whether or not the vehicle the candidate takes their test in is insured for the test. The client signs to say the vehicle is insured for the purposes of the test. However there is no way of the DVSA checking if that is the case or not.
Hello Harry. Hoping you're well. New information for you mate. The examiners can check the insurance, tax and MOT if the have the iPads. It's done when they walk around the vehicle. My daughters an examiner. LOL 😁

I did struggle to pass it back in 1939. WWar2 was tough. Covid tougher than both. 100 year old keyboard warrior.
