Apartments suck bigtime, straight up torture boxes. Moved out of mine finally to a single family house. Of course I didn't see the problem of neighbors dog barking beforehand, which is very annoying, but when it's quiet it's SO much more peaceful than an apartment. Never again will I live in an apartment unless there is absolutely no other choice.
I know the pain. I had to deal with neighbors, like that for 2 months. I remember getting up, and knocking on their door. An kept knocking, until she finally came out. As of last month, they moved the fuck out. An man, has it been pretty good (knocks on wood 😂 pun not intended). I pay about 1300 a month, I didn’t have time to deal with that petty bullshit. An thankfully, I came in towards the end of their lease. New neighbors, are pretty quiet. Haven’t heard much. The blame is also on these complexes, whom don’t want to spend a few extra dollars to add sound protection when building. It literally may cost less than $200-1000 a floor with 8-12 units smh. Hope you moved, they moved or somehow got better.
To be honest, it is happening everywhere in this country thanks to the poor quality of complexes buildings which most are made of "cardboard". If you can’t get nice neighbors, get yourself and your family a nice single family house. We have dealing with upstairs assw***** for almost one year, and I am really thinking to sell my apartment now. So painful and depressed 😕
Reminds me of a neighbor I had years ago when I lived by myself. Actually almost everyone in the building sucked so I could really be an asshole to all of them with no fear of payback. It was great. We had assigned parking spots and the building manager (who I got along with) warned me about the woman who's picket fence I backed my truck up to. The first time I was parking there she came running and started yelling at me that "she wanted me to know that she didn't want me parking there because I'd ruin her fence." I calmly got out and installed my ball hitch and crashed it through her fence. She went nuts and I just casually walked into my apartment. When the building manager came up he told me it would be $5 to replace the picket. I gave him $200 and told him that $100 was for pickets and $100 was for him to take his time to replace it each time I broke one. He thought it was hysterical. She never said anything to me again but I could feel her fuming.
I would take a picture of that lady and take a video of that lady and go to the police station and give the police the picture of that lady and the police the video of that lady and use the video and picture of that lady as evidence to have that lady arrested and have that lady put on the news
When you live in an apartment or condo🏘 your going to hear noise🔉 of some sort. I just learn to tune it out🎧. If it gets too out of control, I just blast my music🎶 with my old disco record's💿, my favorite one is by The Trump's powerful hit, DISCO INFERNO🔊, (burn baby burn...) that usually does the trick.😀👍
I gave mine a GUITAR LESSON in a bad way they let a kid running end to end for 6 months and said it wasn’t an issue. Well they found out my Gigging at over 200 decibels WAS AN ISSUE me shredding full blast at 2:30am and doing dive bombs randomly thru the night I was Gigging every night for 7 days all night long in my apartment until I got evicted serviced paperwork. I got no sleep for 6 months so I decided that Bass and Floyd rose airplane treatment and power chord treatment was appropriate the Bass broke windows out of my unit I mean I WAS PISSED. The plan backfired of saying it’s not an issue when they had to put up with my Gigging another week forgetting the legal process to evict takes 7 days in that area. The cops were like Holy shit that’s loud. They learned a very bad GUITAR LESSON for ignoring my complaint.
That's awesome, fuck those people. I play guitar too, and I have the 20 watt Marshall plexi...and it gets very LOUD if you crank it unattenuated. It would work great for using against shitty neighbors.
She needs to control her temper because she is threatening and that's a crime when your mad at someone you need to control your temper it's the law otherwise your threatening someone and threatening someone is a crime
