Your level of belief isn't randomly picked out of a hat. Your level of belief grows as you take more action, discarding what doesn't work, and doubling down on what does work. Take. ACTION.
Tell yourself it happen. Act as though you know it will succeed. This is fake it until you make it. Gotta have confidence.

kilimanjaro is dope. its difficult but you have a lot of help and can scale the intensity of the experience you want to have by choosing different routes and levels of porter involvement. Definitely easier and more enjoyable than an iron man

Lazy is a loaded term. I think most people are willing to do as well for themselves as they can with the resources they have, and to some on the outside that might not look like much in comparison. But you never know what's going on with someone's internal life. I think the best that we can do is be there for each other and encourage each other when we can
