I have a few suggestions but to start put your batt tie down bolts to the inside of tge batt box so the pointer end with the bend isnt able to poke a hole in the batt if it moves accidently. Also drill the holes on the angle iron through the v of the angle instead of on one of the flat sides. Then grind a small flat spot on the outside of the agle at the hole Then your nut will sit better on th
Oops hit send before i was done... the nuts will sit squarer you may need to put a couple of notch reliefs on the angle iron at each batt term to make sure they dont hit but yhat should be a little better hold down. Hope it helps
