FIRST RECIPE
✔INGREDIENTS:
3 medium courgettes
Grated Parmesan 60g
Breadcrumbs 50g
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Dried oregano
Smoked scamorza 100g
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 35-40 minutes
SECOND RECIPE
✔INGREDIENTS:
2 medium courgettes
1 medium red onion
3 medium eggs
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs 30g
Grated Parmesan 40g
1 Mozzarella fior di latte (or any cheese of your choice)
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, put it back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes at the same temperature!
