very nice tutorial! You found a way to make a really charming scorpion with a surprisingly nice folding sequence even though you used box pleating. I'm going to have to try out some of your creative pre creasing methods the next time I fold a box pleated origami form the crease pattern.

Managed to finish but paper was too thick so it didn't stay as flat as I'd have liked and there was some tearing. However, a great model and one I will definately make again. Very good! The only problem I had was mine turned out inside out, with the colour on the inside. And I followed the given instructions for which side goes up. It seems you may have not noticed, as your colours are very simmilar.
I watched it to the end at 1 am. Beautiful piece, might try to fold it in the future, if I find thin paper for it. (Printing paper is too thick for creations like this imo). The only thing you could do to make your videos even better is by mounting a light source which looks the same direction as the camera. I would love to see the lines of the paper to see how you're folding it, but sometimes your hands' shadow makes it hard to see. More light could solve this :)
