So i personally know deep down that I am stuck in a very low frequency. It's becoming more prevalent every single day for the past couple years although I've been in it for most of my adult life. I'm definitely apart of the false identity symptom and for 20 years on going now. A heavy addict to anything that makes me feel more comfortable in my skin. I think it was a childhood trauma that made me think I had to be something other than my true self. And I'm still holding on to a part of my authentic soul but the years of not understanding and abusing substances has shackled me in a space I can't really contain anymore. I'm really struggling now and find it hard to write this. After countless amounts of therapy and reading i can't help but feel helpless. I have been into hermeticism and Steiner's work for some time now along with major shifts in healthy eating and exercise (all in the midst of substance abuse) I'm really getting tired not liking being alive. I know there is a state of consciousness that I'm completely unable to touch right now due to a lie that I have continued to live by. I just want to shatter that lie and be able to love me... You have been having some seriously amazing talks on your podcast and as dark as a hole i am in they have been useful and helpful. Thank you 🙏
Thanks for sharing I know how you feel have been struggling myself for many years. Childhood trauma can run very deep and it created the foundation we stand on. I'm doing somatic work with my therapist, many layers, blindspots, some things and emotions can almost be elusive and very subtle. Hope you get the help and support you need.
Thank you for your vulnerability in sharing this...some parts of your story could have come right out of my diary, no lie. I know that the existence I am growing toward and evolving into is everything I could ever hope for - and when I look back at the path I have walked i see it is very long and winding - but those moments when my real-eyes see just how far, just how lost, just how false, just how asleep I still be, there can be moments of utter despair. But I continue to protect the tiny flame of my true soul, burning inside me, and nurture it any way that I can. I too have made shifts and upgraded for healthier practices, all while in the midst of active substance abuse...I simply couldn't bare to let addiction dictate my need for growth and transformative processes. Hold on, friend - find those little bits of joy wherever you can and string them together like a bread crumb trail leading you back home. And take heart in knowing that you don't have to figure out or decode or decipher or learn who or what or how to be - you only have to remember who you truly are.

How to test the water in my house? I’ve always thought my mothers house had something wrong with her water.. She died from multiple myeloma with amolydiosis .. with kidney liver failure being the nailing 8 wks ago. I’m living in her house.. I’ve gone from this strong person to now social anxiety. Living by night sleep by day.. I hate it.. I can sleep, but I feel guilty when ever I sleep. Therefore getting into bed is the issue. It’s a single bed ..🥴 Nothing of my life is here. The grieving process is so painful intensely disturbing.. a lot of the last year with mum was far from normal. Anything I mentioned that needed fixing in the household.. meant I broke it.. she was a friend for yrs .. then the turn came.. she pushed me away so I couldn’t see her in last weeks. That’s hurt me more than anything I know. My family were no where till she was dying. They took over , kicked me out . So mum died and they went at same time. It’s all left for me to tidy up.. Narcissistic family was why arms length. 55:05 omg I get you so much with what ur saying. So today as I type this I’m walking beach at night with my dog. Best friend. Coz that’s who’s left .. coz people don’t want to know pain.. afraid of the mind when it’s let loose! Equally equality must be 💯 even .. my opinion. How to have safe water in my home. Where have you been all my life?! I have been feeling this way for last 7 years. I was afraid no one is recognizing the truth the simple truth of organic life. Opening the boxes and breathing into life is well overdue. Let’s do this! It shouldn’t be difficult since it is in our genetic blueprint. What we have become is not organic human way. You do such great work, to integrate and introduce the knowledge of Antroposophy, because now it is necessary to do this from the periphery as You are doing. Evil is evil and there is nothing good from evil evil exists from what. Seven deadly sins and it goes on and on you must not invite darkness into the conversation like you going to Disneyland. I think we’re suppose to sleep when we are sleepy but we live in a world that tells us you need sleep for 8 hours only at night and need to wake up early to be optimal. So we will never get optimal sleep cause we’re operating under artificial parameters.

I think we’re suppose to sleep when we are sleepy but we live in a world that tells us you need sleep for 8 hours only at night and need to wake up early to be optimal. So we will never get optimal sleep cause we’re operating under artificial parameters.
