if you buy iPhone 14 from other country than USA you will also have SIM card. But still, it's 13 and 14 is the same phone so it does not make sense to buy it imo.
It seems to me that the main advantage of the 14 is a bit larger battery & life due to it being a slightly larger phone. I own the 13 Mini (my first Apple product) that I really like and does everything that I need it to do. I was never someone that was constantly on their phone, but most likely my next phone will probably be a 14, or something equivalent, with a slightly longer battery life.
I'll just keep my 13 Mini because I want a SIM card. There is really not enough difference in the 2 to matter. The small form factor is a plus for me.

La única razón por la que cambié el 13 mini por el 14 es por su batería y su tamaña (me duelen las manos por ser tan pequeño) pero el resto es igual.
0:22 the resolution part is incorrection, bigger screen by definition has more pixle thus "higher" resolution. PPI is an indicator of screen quality
A bigger screen doesn’t necessarily mean higher resolution
