A few hours into shooting this video, we figured out last-minute changes were required, so we put everything on hold and got back to tweaking the setup to make perfect sense with all the devices. 1 mouse and 1 keyboard to control 1 Mac, 1 PC, and 1 iPad. 2x 27" monitors and 1 iPad to run multiple display scenarios for 4 operating systems. 1 set of speakers to run them all - I couldn't be happier. You may consider to download a little software called Twinkle Tray. I use it to change the brightness or turn off my monitor without actually using that button on the bottom side of my monitor.

Like the setup and see it quite similar to mine, which got three working display: one Samsung 32 inch Viewfinity + Macbook Pro M3 14 inch + Ipad 12,9 Pro (although it all with MacOS not Window)👌. Love much the periferal flow working (I am using Magic Keyboard ID touch + Magic Trackpad + Logitech MX Master 2S (by the way would u tell me what is better between 2S and 3 or 3S later on? Cause I tried and see not much difference at all) and move cursor to the edge and I think it is much more smooth in only OS.✌ The multifunction desk is awsome and make you really want to work instead. You should swap out those white JBL´s to a pair of Genelec speakers/monitors, like Genelec G Three or Four (Four is overkill though for a desk).... Quality Hi-Fi that'll last forever. And if you really want to splash some cash for the best of the best... Genelec The ones 8331A
@@ThisIsE Friend has G Fives with his TV (Overkill!) and G Two’s in his office… Genelecs are highly regarded as the best, and they weigh a ton since it’s a aluminum casing. Look into them, i bet you’ll like them… The sound profile is phenomenal, and ALOT of high profile artists and studios use them (Especially Genelec The Ones)… G-lineup is more for us mere mortals :D

I wonder if the tabletop could handle an 34" ultrawide + a 27" on top of it (both hang on a vertical arm), I got a LINMON table top also from IKEA, tried to attached a monitor arm holding only a 34" ultrawide but after a while the table top cracked
Oh I can really feel how easy the Hexcal Studio would make my life. But unfortunate for me, there's no viable option to buy it in India. The only option here is to make it myself. And that would be a way too expensive proposition. Anyways, it always a pleasure to see the possibilities an unlimited budget can bring.

Hey man i have a question. I currently use studio display but have heard great things about the fluidity of 144 hz panels. I don't play games, so can you tell me how big of a difference 144hz is vs 60 hz in day-to-day tasks like video editing or web browsing
144hz is buttery smooth to use even for daily tasks, but I wouldn’t call it a life changing feature or a feature worth sacrificing other monitor factors. If I have to sacrifice high refresh rate for color accuracy I would 100%
This is an ultimate tech setup Ps5, PC, MacBook, iPad, Galaxy phone setup. A clean mixed ecosystem. I wish to do the same thing one day when my wallet allows it.
I’m not being facetious. Why multiple devices when 1 is running, others remain idle? Why multiple displays? You can’t look at 2+ monitors at the same time without split brain and cross eye. Is turning your head so much more comfortable than switching windows or relying on good window management? Do the benefits of running additional comps and displays outweigh the energy costs to you and the environment? I’ve returned to single monitor for life and will always shutdown or sleep idle devices and displays. On the other hand, I see a benefit to being able to quickly transfer files between devices. For me tho, this is rare and I could get by with cloud services. Great video. I found a lot of new features to think about. I’m not spending $150 on a fancy clock tho kek. I wish I had an M3 CPU too.
Is there any monitor outside of the studio displays anyone can recommend for creative work on MacBook Pros? (Preferably 32 inch, 4K, 120+ hz if possible)

I lean on the chair a lot, plus the top monitor is secondary and don’t use it as much as the primary one.
Phanteks Shift XT is a badass ITX Case but it lil bit hot while gaming 😅

I use it a lot, but not as much as the main one. But I lean back on the chair a lot, so it's perfect for me because my head is resting.
I never understood people with stacked monitors, why is it so efficient?
Because if you set it right, it requires less movement of your head and takes as much desk space as a single monitor setup.
