I've been checking out a few videos on cooking butter beans and this one is great! Great with not only how to do it but extra information about where they come from without unessesary time wasting boring info. Obviously this is presented by a very experienced and professional chef and deserve way-way more thumbs up, can't understand why not!!

Try using them like mashed potatoes. Once cooked mashed them and add a knob of butter. Delicious!

Butter Beans are hard to find in Texas. We have Great Northern, Navy Beans etc but no Butter Beans

You want to DRINK the bean water...? I think there are better beverage options available lol, maybe tea for example.

Huh 🤔 boiled beans with a bit a rocket.. this is why I don’t eat out being vegan seems there is no inspiration to actually make the dish more flavoursome
