Happy New Year, Susan! 🎉 I absolutely love passion fruit, too-it’s so versatile for creating delicious recipes. Have you tried passion fruit cheesecake? It’s one of my favourites! 😊
You must try it! It’s absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to build a like-minded community where we can share ideas and inspiration. Hopefully, I’ll be eligible for that feature on UA-cam soon! I have to keep working on content, but I’m excited to keep building and growing this space! 🤗

Good morning, Antonio. Yes, J.K. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter, lived in Portugal and found inspiration here! My children love Harry Potter, so it’s always fun to connect the dots. I thought it would be quiet since it was winter, but I was so wrong! Maybe the busyness had something to do with the lead-up to New Year’s Eve. 😊
Morning Melissa, the last few years I’ve tried growing them here in Portugal, and I think last year was a lot wetter compared to this year, which has been much drier with less rain during the rainy season. Fingers crossed! 😁 Every year, they come up but stay really short. I’ve even tried putting them in the fridge before planting. It doesn’t usually get cold here until late December, which is when I plant them. I’ll keep trying and hoping for the best! 😃😂
@@SilverCoastDiaries I prefer daffodils over tulips. Tulips fade in a few years. I like the small bulbs like grape hyacinth and Scalia. One tip: after the blossoms have faded, leave the leaves. And feed the plant. That will strengthen the bulb for next year. Mulch with leaves during your hot summers.
I love daffodils, but for some reason, I couldn’t get any here in Portugal this year. Tulips can be a bit temperamental for me, but Narcissus has done really well. Scilla is absolutely beautiful, too! 😊 . I just leave hyacinths in the pot and feed them-thank you! I’ll definitely give this a try. 🌼
Oh the passion fruit!!! 😋

🙂 thank you.
We plant bulbs here in the fall. I'm in Oregon, USA and it rains a lot in the winter. You can't plant in the mud.
