Simply put, Gary's piece says that you just keep on singing even if no one is clapping. No matter how many times you fell and despite the great sadness you felt, you just keeps on going and trying. The only adversary is yourself and the greatest mistake is if you just gave up. So, you just keep on dancing even if there is no music for the sake of your dreams.

Now Gloc-9's part is much more deep. He began by narrating his childhood living in poverty. Basically going to school without enough money for transportation and at times have not even eaten dinner the night before. He gathers whatever money he can spare given in goodwill by someone who is much better-off in life. And then uses that money to go places where there might be opportunities.
His second verse is really an awesome poetry. Roughly translated...
It's easy to say, not easy to do.
You need to find it, but not allowed to look.
You need to know yourself even if you are in the dark.
Because the truth is just difficult to swallow.
Lots of times, people will push you down.
They will wipe all kinds of crap on to your face.
Then you'll wash it off with their spits.
When you finally made it, those same people will be the first ones that will be shocked.
Then his final verse says that even if you now want to give up, just listen to what your heart is really saying. Don't be discouraged even if you are not the one that got selected. Just improved on what you have for now. And avoid blaming anyone else, if you still did not make it.
