Floor Jansen is definitely one of the top 10 best known voices in the modern era of music industry, I think she deserves way more popularity and recognition, and I know she will get there. Thank you Pinkpop for having this beautiful talented singer. 💟 Henk was amazing too, I can see he added some roughness to his voice in some parts, seems he's been opening his musical taste to metal which is great.
Henk is slowly turning more and more metal by the day, and i am all here for it!!! And the Valkyrie, she just does her thing as if it's the easiest task she ever had... what a phenomenon, she IS the angel of music!
Yeah I was gonna make the same comment. He is such a versatile artist, as we all saw on Beste Zangers. But he has a very, very strong voice for rock. I'm sure it won't replace his other passions eg theatre etc, but its great to see him add this style to his range
His voice here is amazing, sounding so much more confident in the metal/rock style, and the crowd loved it when he broke into the growl (as they should).
Are you kidding me? Phantom of the opera live on stage together with Henk. I wish I had been there. This is so awesome. Just amazing how this couple performs this song like a walk in the park. Looks like they met just before the gig and decided to give this song to the crowd. Love it

Floor's professional vocalist level is so high, it is impossible for her to not ace any performance. Opera, musical, pop, rock, metal - the style is irrelvant, Floor can do it all with ease with her incredible range and flexibility!
Unfortunately the Netherlands isn't that proud of Floor Jansen. She doesn't have the recognition yet for her Nightwish part, but this with Henk Poort the Dutch like. Because she is known from the TV show beste zangers. Otherwise they wouldn't give her the recognition.
She is the only female singer that sings the same as in her recordings, i heard lot of female metal singers , but she is so professional and she knows what she does, that's why i love this singer and is my biggest influence on singing.

Ik ben jaren lang lid geweest van de VPRO, en heb op een gegeven moment (15 of 20 jaar geleden) opgezegd, omdat ik het gevoel had dat jullie de weg kwijt waren. En dat ik blijkt wel uit de teksten op jullie site over Floor Jansen en Nigthwish. wat mij daaraan vooral opvalt is de enorm domme lacherigheid wanneer je geconfronteerd wordt met zeer getalenteerde mensen (en grote artiesten) wannneer die de moed hebben om zich niet neer te leggen bij de voorgeprogrammeerde hokjes van de muziek industrie en vernieuwing te zoeken in nieuwe combinaties. Juist van de VPRO had ik méér verwacht in termen van waardering voor vernieuwing, creativiteit en muzikaal vakmanschap, maar kennelijk kunnen jullie alleen overweg met de voorgeprogrammeerde categorietjes van de moderne "pop" industrie (en misschien moeten we ook vaststellen dat jullie ten aanzien van Nightwish gewoon helemaal niet weten waar je het over hebt).
Mee eens.... die sommige stukken lijken van te voren al geschreven, zonder het concert met name van NW gezien te hebben. Foute titel bij het nummer Storm..... Intro Frank E. voor uitzending NW: After Tomorrow?!?!?!? god hij moest 3 zinnen uit z'n hoofd leren en dat lukte al niet. Het Positieve is dat het op youtube staat en dat NW met 1 nummer op nederlandse TV is geweest (al was dat niet met een heel representatief nummer NW, wel met een populair nummer).
Mee eens. Met name die stukjes op de site leken voorgeprogrammeerd. Ook in het aanmerkelijk positievere artikel in Oor dook toch het buzzword "kitscherig" weer op. Gemakzuchtig & ongeïnformeerd t.a.v. Nightwish die zure kletskoek.

Unfortunately, the professional video from Dutch TV has been taken down for the Nightwish show since yesterday but glad I got to see it before that happened.

The German songs for Sing Meinen Song, the Nightwish setlist, her own setlist, and Tuomas might've already shown some of the upcoming NW songs as well. I can easily see how this can lead to a person forgetting some lyrics during this, as well as the large crowd in front of her making her a little nervous.
